It's called dream sharing and it's very controversial as to whether it's possible or not. I personally think it is

I think its true and truthfully i have done it like once or twice. It is very hard to achieve though

Once or twice? So you might have done it a second time but not really remember it? That's like saying you have had sex once or twice.
