Oh, and also, lucid dreaming and astral projection are not the same thing. Though I've never done an Astral Projection, like I said, my understanding is that you walk around the actual world in it and see yourself sleeping.

Yeah, thats pretty much what it is. There is nothing to be scared of. The only thing that you need to worry of is being bad to someone else, and tempting other bad things to harm you. Astral Projection is entirely natural, we do it every night. Dont be scared of it. If you are still feeling a scare, go and read some peoples experiences. They will help you understand what the Astral is.

Just things like succumbi and incumbi, but really, dont worry about it. They wont hurt you. Since your a guy, dont go to any really hot chicks you see in the ap. Only go to people you know, and you will be safe.

Really though, it isnt dangerous at all unless your looking for trouble.

Closeminded? Ha I laughed. I assure you, I'm V\very open minded. Also, how could you possibly flame someone you not know about. I simply seen a good tutorial on how to WILD and said it as such, with a compliment. Sorry if i offended something about a tut that is part of hundreds of variations on how to WILD, with the label AP with it. I will not carry on any longer because of peoples views on the AP matter.
