      I don't have any first hand experience with Astral Projection, but I have read some on the subject. Here are some interesting sites/accounts on astral projection that I found . . .

      1. The Astral Society . . . A website and message board on Astral Projection
      2. Erin Pavlina . . . She claims to have astral projected for years and has some interesting experiences.
      3. Robert Peterson . . . I orginally found his info. about communicating with the subconscious, but he has interesting accounts of trying to astrally project.

      Just keep in mind even if the beings are real and not just figments of your subconscious that are thrust upon you nothing has power over you that you don't give it.

      Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.
