Question about AP/SP.....
Okay, about an hour ago I took a nap. I woke up from a nightmare, and I immediately went into SP. I was like "okay, cool" and waited for the vibrations to get strong.
I'm not sure if I waited long enough, but I reached my right hand over and my hand was energy-looking and static-y.
I tried to "roll out" of my body, but it felt like slow-motion and I couldn't seem to roll. I grabbed my chair, (I saw another hand comming from somewhere for some reason) and when I moved my leg , I woke my body up.
Can someone tell me what I did wrong? Has anyone else experienced this?Last edited by mygreybear; 09-30-2007 at 01:48 AM.
