How do you have an OBE?

can you induce one, or do you just realize??
i must know, cause i really want one.
also from an OBE can you go into someone elses dream, thats what ive been told, is it true.

Such a shame this has to end, things are out of his command.

Meditate. Although you can't want one, to have one you have to not want or something like that, atleast according to my thread, so i stopped and forgot about it.

I had one once, although I am pretty damn sure it was just a lucid dream, but it was so real and lifelike and vivid. I basically used the WILD technique or a variation of it. But felt this huge shift in my body like I was sliding up and down my bed, and then when I rolled out of my body onto the floor, I got up looked in my bed and there I was still sleeping! It was so real and life like. Although this caused me to loose all concentration because quite frankly it freaked me out and I woke up

      Believe in nothing, yet everything.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

I think I can explain this. All you have to do is have a WILD and convince your mind that you are performing some kind of mystical out of body experience. If you want to know how to have WILD you can check out the various articles about it on this website.

Step one: Have a lucid dream.

Step two: Upon waking up, convince yourself that it was not a lucid dream, but rather your spirit being teleported out of your body and around the universe.

Step three: Come to the Beyond Dreaming forum and make nonsense posts like this:

Hey, that computer attendant we hired is doing a good job!

How the heck can you tell an OBE from an astral projection from just a regular lucid dream? Is there something I should know? I may be getting myself in trouble in some astral plane.

      Hardly.

      It doesn't matter.

Simply become ignorant, all of you.

It would be much more harmonious though if otherwise.

Pssh, and i pretend to care.

The article basically says that dreams are indeed not just in your mind.
And I must say, gives some curious discussion on the matter.

Impossible to tell no matter what anyone says. If people say it's just LD don't believe them, if they tell you it is not LD don't believe them, believe what you want because untill we know for sure what it is not a damn thing matters what people wanna say, because it's a fact they don't know, it's just their opinions. If someone wont stop saying it IS this, just ignore them.

Indeed, once I thought I was having an OBE but the way i described it. I was having SP going into LD. So I guess no one knows? lol my brother said "Lucid dreaming is just that knowing your dreaming, and if your aware that these things are happening. How is it a lucid dream? You might not of been lucid dreaming." But I have a funny feeling LD is not only aware that you are dreaming, but your just conisense in your dream as you are in the waking world correct? It doesn't always have to be your aware dreaming most of the time. Its just if your aware of whats going on and have the normal tune like in the waking world right?
