How many here think that dreamscaping is actually possible? I know many people believe there are spiritual uses for lucid dreams. Does anyone believe that they've successfully communicated with another person through a dream? Has anyone here ever tried to reach someone while dreaming? |

What do you mean shared? Do you mean you dreamed about the same thing, or do you mean you were both in the dream. If its the latter were you unable to interact? |
|
I don't know much about dreamscaping, but I'm open minded. I've experienced too much to not believe in that stuff. And a friend of mine and me once had the same dream, about one of the community buildings in our neighborhood burning, but we were in different parts of the building and never met. My dream was lucid, hers was not. |
|
I mean that we were in each others dream. The odd thing was that for my friend it was the second dream in an overall story arc. |

Interesting. I had an LD in which my grandma told me she was dreaming and could feel her leg asleep as we spoke. But, i never did get a chance to ask her about it. |

Well first my friend dreamed that some evil dicator had taken over our school and the whole school was a bunch of demountable classrooms on the oval which were all really close together so you had to walk sideways to fit between them. Then we both dreamed that we had done something wrong and we were being chased by the secret police between this maze of classrooms and then we ran into one and opened a trapdoor into a secret passageway and dived into it (the dream ended there). Neither my friend nor I can remember how long ago we dreamed this but he remembers it distinctly because this has only been the seccond dream he can remember where he hasn't been pope (the first was a reccouring precog. dream where he was being tortured in a house that he then moved into IRL) |

Ok, so basically it sounds like dreamscaping. Did you speak to one another in the dream, how did you find out that your friend had had the same dream with you in it? |
|
I understand something different from the term "dreamscaping", which has been around since at least the late 60s/early 70s: |

We didn't speak to each other but we were running away together. I found out because my friend and I were talking about dreams one day. |

Interesting. Were there any specific details that you both recalled? Things which would unify your two dreams as a single location, not merely two similar places with similar circumstances? |
|
we both described the same environment, the way that all the classrooms were really close to each other, and even the aqwuard way that you had to run between the classrooms. |

Cool. I've been planning to see if I can contact a friend of mine the next time I LD. She's into Wicca and claims she's had OBEs, so I figure she's a good candidate to try and Dreamscape with. |

My freind and I communicated ina dream, we talked about how anime transformers sucked, strange subject I know, but it was an easy topic to stay on, it was my first WILD |
