Mental assaults?

One day I was doing self hypnosis alot as I didn't really have anything to do (Not Hypnosis as in going in a trance or anything, just imagining white light going around you and relaxing you so going in alpha state I suppose) After some time all of my visualisations just dissapeared and a scene formed, I was in some strange room, I was standing at the bottom of some structure, I was in eevee form, there was a altar in the middle and a really blurry eevee on the other side of the altar (I was watching from third person) I was aware and I could control myself, like in a lucid dream but I wasn't really dreaming. I talked to eevee and it was just looking at me and then waved it's paw that I come closer, as I did start moving closer something forced my eyes to open and breaking that "Vision". I didn't know what happened so I pretty much ignored it. After I'd say 3 weeks I talked to one of my friend (Who lucid dreams alot, and even is in a shared dream universe) and I told her what I saw (For some reason at that point I remembered more stuff like some petty details) and then she told me what I saw was a premonition in her dream universe and I was faced by a bad person in it and he attempted to kill me (I won't really say any details about it for a good reason) then the next day all sort of weird things started to happen, firstly I didn't remember any dreams (Irrelevant but I usually remember my dreams xD) then next thing my friend comes online and she's talking to me (But she was half-awake and didn't remember anything) her display picture was randomly changing and we both didn't know what was going on. She left to bed leaving one of the picture that randomly changed. I was waiting and I tried looking at the display picture, as I did it gave me a really weird feeling, kinda like a evil presence. I looked at it every now and then just to check if I wasn't imagining it, every time I looked at it I felt the same way. After some time I left the PC and started thinking why does it feel so weird? Then all of a sudden I see (Visualisation) her chat screen and the picture and I actually see her respond and at the same time hear a evil voice "I will finish what I started..." I came back and just wrote on the chat screen "Oh? But I am not going to sleep" then I heard in my head "Oh but you will, at one point..." Then I wrote "True...what the heck are you [name not said for reasons again xD;;] a telepath? or am I just going crazy?" then I heard in my head "It's up to you..." as I heard that I felt a rush of sleepyness and I actually feel asleap but luckily I woke up after 1 minute (And YES I did reality check at all of those thing and it was real) I woke up and everything was back to normal, the picture didn't give me any weird feelings anymore. After some time my friend came back, I told her everything that we talked about (As she didn't remember) and what happened while she was gone, she checked the picture where it was and she saw 3 pictures there that she NEVER saw before, I asked her to try each picture, she did and each of the pictures gave me a different bad feeling (One gave me stomacke pain and the other made my eyes feel weird and move in a direction), she changed the picture back to normal and it was all ok, but after a little while a friend of mine (Someone else) came online, but he seemed like he was possesed, his name and message (On MSN) changes to "what ever" and he talked too evily and too grammatically corect for it to be him. That scared me even more. After some time he left and his name and message changed back to normal. Me and my friend both went to bed pretty much creeped out by all of that. Oh and I still don't remember my dreams and I feel emotionally drained...xD;;;;

That does sound very creepy and disturbing. I hope this problem won't last for much longer.
