If you don't try hard enough to get out of SP then you could stay in there for a long time. |

strange things have been happening thanks to sleep paralysis, sometimes i will have it up to 5 times a night, last night i got into sp and then sucessfully got out of it and lifted myself up and for some reason i felt my arm weaken and i dropped and went back in, another time i forced my torso to spasm and then flipped over to my back and after all that stayed in sp, i even remember seeing the clock for 11 minutes straight in sp and i know its not supposed to last that long. is any of this even normal? |

Beware of hitchhiking fish
Its normal for SP, but like barns said, if you dont like it, just fall asleep, maybe with a lucid dream tied in. |

Wow. I wish I had some advice. I've only experienced SP a couple times. The last time I was able to wake myself up be trying as hard as I could to squeeze my fist. Once I did, I was instantly released. |
