      Hi

I think ill try to kick this one off. I've had many memorable dreams over the years but there is one that sticks out quite a bit. During the time that I had the dream, I had just lost a 2nd cousin that was very dear to me and was more of a father than a cousin. This man "Earle" took me in when I was a troubled 20 year old, headed for prison or worse quick, and made me into a responsible, law abiding, honorable, man, an ultimately a loving father, and husband. "Earle" was a casualty of diabetes. In 95 He had both of his legs from the need down amputated due to lack of blood circulation. He had multiple tubes going in and out of his body so that he could receive dialisis three times a week. Earle passed last June. And I am sharing this because it goes to the heart of my state of mind during the time that I had this dream.

Please bear with me. Earle had an adopted sister that only came around when she wanted something. She hated me and I her. And when Earle died there of course was problems with the estate. His sister took everything. Stuff that Earle himself had promised to persons in the event of his passing. Not very valuable stuff since Earle was not a wealthy man, but mostly sentimental items that reminded us of his goodness.

Well sure enough, one night in the lowest depths of my greiving, Earle came to me in a dream. I told him, "Earle! I miss you! Are u OK?" Earle looked at me and said "Let me show you". Together we flew through beautiful forests but we flew below the tree tops. I remember the trees more than anything. These trees were huge, tall trees that had a no branches accept at the very top. At the top, there was a huge puff of leaves on the very top of every tree. I remember looking up at the tree tops and ooosing through the green Afros crowining these trees was the most peacefull, brightest light. Brighter than the mamouth glaciers of the north pole. It was truly pure. And then Earle said my name and then " I'm very happy", "all we do is sing all day!" I then saw golden instruments and heard music that would silence the mortar rounds in Iraq.

After Earle and I returned to what was supposed to be my home he looked at me and said "You can let it go now now." And I looked at him and said "Earle! What about your will? What u wanted everyone to have? Your Sister is taking everything! Did you have a will?" I made it a point to ask this question because I felt like I could get it straight from the horses mouth so to speak. "He turned and looked at me and said, "That's for you to find out". and he left.

After that, I never had another dream about Earle. I left all of the BS alone because I had what no one else had. I felt as if the the chains of Olympus had snapped and the world rolled from my back.

I hope this doesn't sound crazy

One time I felt these hands grabbing my feet and dragging me to the end of the bed. I knew I was in SP, but I was so confused about what was just happening that I began to think it was real. I kept my eyes and closed and tried to think of a dreamscape, and at that time, I felt this razor sharp rope slicing my left hand. I seemed to have unconsciously grabbed it, and it was pulling me upward from my bed. Once I broke out of it, it was clear to me that the whole ordeal wasn't physically real, so I just laid back down and went back to sleep.

Another night, more recently, I realized I was in SP upon waking, so once again I tried to imagine a dreamscape. All I saw from within my closed eyelids was a dreamscape of my bedroom, except it was tinted in red and orange, and the walls were moving. I saw this dead girl who had an aura of a ghost to her, and she was standing right next to me on the side of the bed. Her hair covered most of her face, but I distinctly remember it parting at her nose revealing her mouth, covered in black tar, and dried and cracked skin. She began screaming, and at that time I felt a banging against the bed dresser behind me. I broke out of it, still hearing the echoes of her voice, but this faded as soon as I turned the t.v. on and did a few reality checks.
