It's been done. There have been studies in which scientists have done exactly this only with a piece of paper and a sequence of numbers and letters. The result indicated the existence of OBEs.

only thing left for me to believe it is get my circle of trustworthy friends to learn how to OBE (I can't I live in suburbs too much light.) But I would like to the site, if there is any.

Sooo many people have done these things. Such as, a scientist holding a peice of paper up and writing something down, and a person who cant see what he wrote projects and looks, and then goes back and tells the scientist what the drawing was.

The only problem is, you cant prove it was astral projection, because of extra sensory ideas and the fact that people can make things up. You yourself can prove it to what, a bunch of friends, but the skeptics on this forum wont believe you.

Well I want to prove it to myself first

Only way to do that is to experience it first hand.

Skeptics are just people who cant/havent done it.

Once you REALLY do it, you will know it.

Then we get back to how do you know the person who is claiming to OBE isnt tellapathic or a cheat.

Well, I will be on the roof hiding the object until it is time, unless he owns a satellite he wont be able to see it. And if he is telepathic then I will automatically believe in OBEs.

And why on earth are you saying I am ignorant?

I agree with cryptic, if you actually mean "ignorant people should be shot" then why dont you drink the juice first? let's quote something you said in your tutorial.

the feelings of being uncomfortable are associated with your body checking to see if your mind has fallen asleep, thus named "mind awake/body asleep".
if you resist the itching and urge to roll over, you'll be just as relaxed when resisted as you are when you change positions.
THIS I feel is a delicate stage of OBE's.

You're the only combatant here. My first response was, Can I see the proof? (Which was never shown.) And I almost believe it, to be 100% sure I must conduct the experiment myself. You can't honestly expect me to believe all the crap on the net. Then, I would truly be Ignorant.

Did the scientists who came up with these sequences have any contact with the person they were examining before hand? If so its possible the results can be explained by hypnotic suggestion.

Ever wonder how magicians always know the right card when doing card tricks, or how they can make an object with a person's drawing disappear and appear somewhere else? Its because there are techniques for getting ideas into a person's head without them knowing it.

If the scientist and the subject being tested were in contact prior to the experiment it creates the possibility that the subject used these techniques to make the scientist write them on the paper, or that the scientist used these techniques to get their sequence into the person's dream.
