This is a real problem for me as well. I've had the best experience with going down a rope. Don't go to fast, just take one "erm, hand? at a time heh". Make the rope thick enough to grasp and put some rape strands that frizz out on it so you have something to feel besides hard rope. Also its a good idea to concentrate on feeling the rope, more then it is seeing it. If you feel the rope and feel yourself climbing down it, the downward falling sensation should come automaticly or atleast with little effort. If this isnt enough put a wall such as a rockface or brick in front of you to see your progression downwards. |
