"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed."
- Albert Einstein
"We're so engaged in doing things to achieve purposes of outer value that we forget the inner value, the rapture that is associated with being alive, is what it is all about."
-Joseph Campbell
"He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would fully suffice. This disgrace to civilisation should be done away with at once. Heroism at command, senseless brutality, deplorable love-of-country stance, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be part of so base an action! It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder."

wer... stupid fire won't go out. How long do you have to concentrate on pyrokinesis? I keep looking at it and imagining the fire molecules go slower and bluer, but nothing!!!! |
|
and also on pyrokinesis... all is one? do I have to be the fire and pretend I'm going out? My eyes are burning and these sites don't help |
|
It matters what your elemental conection with fire is. Some people have no conection with pyrokinesis what so ever, and it can take up to 3 months to put out thier first match. There's really no way to avoid this, but to try to learn to like fire. I'm not telling you to poor lighter fluid on your foot and light it up, but mabey just try to get closer to fire. I put my first match out the first day I tried, but I do have a strong elemental conection with fire. Mabey, if you are strong with fire, don't try seeing the molicules spinning and going out. It is also good to start out not doing it, because many times the match will burn to the end. But what I do is light the match (start out with putting out matches), and blur my sight a little. Then, I do not see the molicules in the flame getting colder and colder, I just use all my will power and a bit of imagination to see flame getting smaller and smaller, getting to the base, then going out. Try that out, then post your results. Some people do not have much psi energy, so they psi vamp. I don't usaly tell people to do this, but if thats the case, taking small amounts of energy from people may be a last resort. But, just keep trying, sooner or later, it will go out, and you can move to the next step. Also, if your not conected to fire, try to find what element you are conected to (fire, water, earth, wind, spirit), there are more, but those are the main ones. Then, try an ability related with your element. |

agg... gee.. don't call it witchcraft. I'd rather prefer it as "abilities that were forgotten" . Anyways, how long do you have to concentrate on the fire? |

There is no chosen time to consentrate. Do it as long as it takes. By the way, many people have been asking for a video of a power. Ok, today I went to a bug consert, and took some psi from about 100 people and the moon. I went home, and, even though before then I have never moved a psi-weel, I did, easly. I'm planning to get it on tape, and I will post it when I have it. |

I was very excited when I spent the psi-weel. I guess it was so easly done because I have messed around with my psi a lot. |

you know the skeptics won't believe you still. They'd say you made the wheel turn. Anyways, can you do pyrokinesis? Put that on tape too. I wanna see you put the fire back on. |
|
I have a little skill in tk but I'm only able to make the psiwheel stop and sometimes I get it to go the opposite direction or keep it going the same way. I don't have too much control over it yet. |

Unless otherwise stated, views expressed in this post are not necessarily representative of the official Dream Views stance. Hell, it's probably not even representative of me.

To make a visible psi ball, which for some reason, people always want to do, it would take at least an hour of adding color and energy, it just seems like a waste to me . |

So apperantly, there's some people who can make psiballs. And they can make them VISIBLE!!! And probably detectable for alot of scientific instruments, right? |
|
It takes and hour for me. It differs from person to person, I never practice psi balls, so it takes longer for me. But psi balls, like any other skill, take practice, the longer you do it the better you get. But, I would think that for most beginners it would take a long time. |
