      Excellent Remote Viewing Tutorial

This is one of the better sites that explains how to do remote viewing, and has some practice exercises as well.

      http://www.remote-viewing.com

You need to register to access the tutorial/course, or just use the username: Student, and password: Student. Click the "Course" button at the bottom of the page.

It does a very good job of explaining the theory, but not so much about the actual procedures. It seems to focus mainly on drawn images. I would suggest starting with a drawn image, but also include written descriptive qualities.

What I liked the most was how it explains that "Free Association", attempting to view something you know absolutely nothing about (could be anything) is more effective than trying to view that has a limited number of outcomes (Like a coin toss or if a certain stock will go up or down on a certain day).

You can turn those binary outcomes into free associations by associating the outcome with something that will provide a free association.

Say there is a stock that I want to know if it will go up or down on Monday. So I decide that if the stock goes up, then at exactly 9 PM on Tuesday I will kick you in the balls. If it goes down, then at exactly 9 PM on Tuesday, I will dump a bucket of fish guts over your head. Then I ask you to describe what will happen you at exactly 9PM on Tuesday. Of course I could just associate pictures with up or down, show you the corresponding one after I know the outcome, and get you to try to view that picture. Basically, when people are presented with the choice of up or down, they just guess. This eliminates any guessing on the part of the viewer, because they have no clue as to what those pictures are associated with, or what they are supposed to be guessing.

The author admits remote viewing only works about 50% of the time, but gives methods to increase those odds by doing nested viewing of the desired outcome.

May be time to revive my remote viewing experiments. Got some interesting results last time I tried.

I havn't looked at the tutorial because of the sign up part lol but from what you describe it seems like it provides a very scientific explanation of remote viewing. For me, theosophy ideas seem to explain remote viewing (AP) a lot better, maybe thats because I'm just gullible though haha

You don't really need to sign up. Just click "Free Course" at the bottom of the page, then "Course" at the bottom of the next page, and use "Student" as both the username and password.

Thanks for the link, checking it out now. I've read about remote viewing before and it seemed like an interesting subject but was always suspicious whether it was really possible or not, guess I'll find out once I take the online course

From what I understand it, you should be able to use it to see things from far away which was the reason that the US government started its own experiment into the subject for spying purposes

Just for the record, I am 100% certain RV is real and it works. I don't believe, I know. I've done myself, I've done experiments with other people, and it works.

Is it possible to use it to view some other location or am I wrong in this respect and its something totally different?

I found this video the other day and thought it was pretty interesting. He talks about remote viewing and the government using it.

Yes you can. One of the stories I've heard involved the US government using RV to spy on the Russians. The RVer said they were building a really big submarine, but they didn't believe him because subs weren't that big, and it was being built far from the ocean. A year later the Russians dug a trench from the their base and floated the world's largest submarine into the ocean

lol, yes, I have heard of similar stories about spying using RVs but the problem is how do you go about? I mean the link you gave seemed to me like you were trying to predict images based on the timing you set in place and then open the image on the website based on timing again. Not really what I was interested in doing Any ideas?

Here's a better forum on remote viewing. Run my Major Ed Dames. Seems to be a pretty active place, with lots of info.

      http://www.rvcommunity.net/viewforum.php?f=8

A guy there came up with an interesting technique to use Remote Viewing to help get lucid dreams. Not sure how effective it would be, but it's a very interesting idea.

Thanks for the links. Will read and give a shout if I have anymore questions. I am actually starting to get more interested in RV if you can indeed use it to view long distances

Actually, that last site I posted seems to be only for people who have bought his course. I wouldn't recommend posting much there unless you've purchased it. I don't really care much that kind of attitude, but there does seem to be a lot of good info there none the less.

lol, the answer is no. It can help you see things from far away as in let's say you are on a trip and wanna see back home, you can probably use RV to do so, but, you'll likely see an image, not a movie kinda thing

      The answer is yes!

But it works better for smaller pick 3 type lotteries.

You guys are joking right? I mean I thought RV allowed you to see something from a long distance as in the example I gave but to see winning lottery numbers and choose them to win is just well odd

Edit: Checked the link, lol, at how many RVers are winning. Interesting that everyone who won only won the lottery that contains 3 numbers that can be picked and not more. Seems like there is a limit

I just finished reading the first part of Part 1(FAQ) and read as far as how to perform Remote Viewing in the second part of Part 1. I got to say that its pretty interesting, much more than I thought, but, I still don't see how you can see long distances with it. I mean it sounds like its more of will a stock market go up or down, so, make a free response by associating random pics to each possibility and then tell the remote viewer what time he'll see them. He will then perform the technique, do the sketches(do you do them while still performing the technique?) and then compare to the two images and depending on what the sketch looks like, you'll know if the stocket market is going up or down. The problem is that this still doesn't explain how that guy told them about Russia building a submarine. I mean in these examples we used pics to create free choices. I guess if I wanted to do long distances, it's already somewhat of a free choice since they could be doing anything, so, all I will have to do is do a technique and see what's happening at the moment. Anyone care to elaborate or provide more tips?

The process on that site was somewhat oversimplified. If you have the bandwidth, I suggest downloading the LearnRV DVD via bit torrent. Ed Dames' process is much more refined. It focuses more on viewing things at a distance as well.

Hell, even viewing the future is no obstacle. You can watch his Killshot video here, where he remote views a terrible cataclysm in the near future.
      http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...38521104676713
I don't know how much faith I put into that prediction, but it is eerily similar to the end of the world dreams I've had, which are always the same. First the stars shift, then the winds come, and then the waves...

To get a better idea, check out his worksheet templates located here: http://www.learnrv.com/templates.cfm
They make more sense once you've seen the DVDs.

hmm, I'll take a look at that dvd and see what its about. I read some info on this Ed Dames guy and it seems his prediction of the world ending was wrong, because, he predicted that the world will end in 1999 if I'm not mistaken then some time in November 2006 which again was wrong. Also, what he predicted isn't really a prediction, because, we all know that the world will be ending, maybe not at the moment, but, yes, I've heard stories and have my prediction that an asteroid will hit near Mexico which will take down the North America Continent and I mean the whole thing, plus the sea level will rise due to the collision. My point is his prediction isn't anything new because others have predicted the end of the world, only difference is he tried to guess the date twice and got it wrong both times. As for your dream, have you ever thought that you dreamt about the end of the world in the same way because you heard his prediction and it stayed with you while you slept(you were thinking about it)? Pretty easy explanation Do you know any other websites that have good details on how to rv to view things from a distance? I wanted to mention that I got the book "Reading the Enemy's Mind: Inside Stargate America's Psychic Espionage Program". It'll prove to be an interesting read, but, I have no clue if the author will explain the technique used or if it will mostly be talking about the story

Gee... I never thought of that! Don't patronize me. I never claimed my dreams were predictions of anything other than dreams.

I never said otherwise, just mentioning that its similar to the whole Night Stalkers thing where people seemed to have a dream with a Night Stalker in it after issuing a challenge
