My auntie took her own life about 7 years ago now, But i find i dream about her alot. In all the dreams of her i always find myself telling her that she is dead! Its like she doesn't want to except that shes dead, or she doesn't no shes dead?. She gets angry with me when i tell her that she's no longer living. Wondering have you had any experiences like this?. Any thoughts or comments appreciated& Thank~you for reading my post. ♥ "Don't follow your dreams, Chase them" ♥

there are a lot of people who dream of those who are deceased. when they consider the communication 'authentic' and not just a dream, it's called After Death Communication. http://www.adcrf.org/ in a lot of these stories, it's 'normal' for the 'deceased' to say "I am NOT dead." if you believe you are communicating with a spirit, the message isn't one of denial. the message is TRUE. imagine if you were an angel. and you came down to earth in all your spiritual glory. wouldn't you be just a little annoyed if all humans had to say was "dude, you're dead?" because you don't have a physical body? even though you have never died? even though being in spirit has always been your true living nature? even though as far as you can tell you are alive, always have been, always will be? if you believe in the human soul, how different is it from an angel free from the body? it's the soul/consciousness that gives life, it's the soul/consciousness that is living. not the body. that's why the body DIES without the soul/consciousness. the soul/consciousness is life, the body is just a vessel for it. If you do believe in the soul, what are you planning to do when you die? that is, separate from your body? Run around all day long and say "im dead im dead im dead". Do nothing, be nothing? Eventually being and doing nothing gets boring. So you start living again, that is, as new life as a spirit. We have a phrase called the 'after-life'. But there is another phrase, and this phrase was phrased this way for a reason. It goes 'LIFE after death'. Do you understand why we have two phrases? And why they don't mean the same thing? As a spirit, when you get on with your LIFE after death, you too would find it insulting when those on earth have nothing to say to you but "dude you're dead". Because youre NOT. You ARE alive in every sense of the word. Just not living as a human anymore. So in short, it is wrong for you to tell a spirit that they aren't alive. They are. buuut, I'm not saying you are communicating with a spirit Your aunt could just be a dream character. However, even if she is just a DC, she still is alive. In the sense that the dream character does have a consciousness speaking and thinking for it, your subconscious. If you find yourself arguing a lot with your aunt, it's a sign that you are arguing with your subconscious. A real spirit would have grown tired of you denying their very existance after seven long years :b The subconscious is the one creating every little detail in the dream. The subconscious is the one speaking for every dream character. Could you come close to reproducing any of it consciously? Not even the greatest artists can. The subconscious is the seat of your creativity. It's the seat of your emotions. It's the seat of your memories. It houses all aspects of yourself you repress. In short, it knows you better than you do. So stop arguing with the dream character, and listen to what they have to say. You might be very surprised at what your subconscious has been trying to tell you.

Wow what i very long message thank~you for your time. I have had Precognitive dreams in the past so it could well be ADC, Who knows?. Maybe i should stop saying she is dead& maybe just listen to her, Maybe she wants to tell me something?. Once i dreamt of her& she just sat by my side& cryed on me, not saying a word?. I'm such a confused soul when it comes to spirtuality& science. Maybe the brain is just so powerful it allows us to connect or maybe it is that the deceased are in fact contacting us from beyond the grave. i used to be very much on the spirituality side of things when i was younger but no i find myself thinking on the science side of things aswell, where as before i excluded science. But overall i'm very open minded. I believe like you said that a soul never dies its only the outer shell that dies. & i totally agree the body is just the vessel. I don't no what there is after death, I'm very confused when it comes to religion& what i believe in. i practice wicca& Paganism at the moment. I believe the sun to be my god& the moon my goddess. Could you tell me more about phrases?. & i haven't been telling her she's dead for several years only recently. Sometimes she just hangs out with me. &We don't talk about it, I asked her in a dream once "Can you remember your family?" & she said no. Other ideas: In some religions the deceased are not considered dead, but asleep. In my church the deceased are said “to be asleep in Jesus”. Your subconscious could be scrambling and replaying this idea. Your subconscious may be telling you that YOU are having a hard time believing in death or her death. Most children, teens and young adults do not have an fixed belief that they can actually die. According to social scientists, this is why this age group more actively participates in risky behavior.
