      Can you guys do this?

Ever since I know myself, I could induce a very powerful swinging sensation when lying still. It happens mostly when I'm trying to sleep.

If I hold my breath, I can control my body, make it swing very violent in every direction. I can maintain this for ~10 seconds or until I run out of air.

Also, another weird thing is that I can induce a tingly sensation through breathing. The sensation is like the one you get when you listen to very good music or feel very inspired. The sensation starts in random parts of the body, most of the times from the head, and grows until it covers the whole body. If the sensation is strong enough, I start feeling like floating out of my body. It's so strong, that I feel like I may fall down anytime. I never got it to the end, because my heart usually starts racing and my focus drops.

The strongest happened while FULLY awake, I wasn't even in the bed.

Another strange thing related to this was an OOBE. I suddenly "woke" up. My vision had a blue tint, but other than that, it was crystal clear. I wanted to look at the clock to see what's the time, in order to do this, I had to raise my upper-body to see the clock on my VCR. I started rising, but I felt this intense needle sensation in the parts of my body that I moved. I stood up only ~3 seconds. The sensation was so powerful and overwhelming that I just gave it up and fell back. I was amazed and thought that this might be a lucid dream. I wanted to do something awesome, but I remembered the overwhelming "pain" if I moved my body. I closed my eyes and said "Teleport me". I woke my eyes and I was floating above my neighbor's house. After ~4 seconds, I woke up.

      My questions are:
Do I have brain damage ?
Are these the "signs" of an upcoming spiritual enlightenment?
      This is just normal stuff?

P.S. I made this in a hurry. BRB after some time.

Ever since you know yourself? What happened exactly that you got to know yourself? Are you into meditation or do all these things just suddenly happen to you out of nowhere? How did you discover you can do this? Sounds like a very cool experience btw.

Killgutta I know exactly what you are talking about because I can induce that tingling chill down the spine.

I think I know exactly what this is..there is no scientific explanation, but there is a metaphysical explanation and I'll explain it when I get back. It "may" help with lucid dreaming also, but I'll explain all of this in detail a little later.

not really sure about the other stuff... but when I meditate I get this feeling also. and I can also make it go to specific places if I focus. Like if i focus on my legs, they will get the feeling, etc etc.

I meant that in a "since I was born" way.

I've tried meditation, but I can't concentrate where I live because it's a busy house. They appear out of nowhere when hearing something inspiring. Sometimes it gets "triggered" by stuff that I don't like <--- that's really annoying.

I always had it and assumed it was something normal (and is to some degree). I started asking myself whether it's something more when I was watching the Diablo III trailer and felt like rising up. The sensation was overwhelming and I think I would've fainted if it continued.

I'm always open for scientific explanations. As an aspiring psychologist, I know that the mind can trick you very easily.

Killgutta I think those are signs of an OBE..which I think is the same as lucid dreaming and astral projection. There all the same thing.

I'm trying to figure out HOW I can have an OBE from the vibration state...because I can naturally make my head start vibrating when I constantly flex the pineal gland.

This vibration in the head is the same vibration we all get when we sleep..when you wake up prematurely you may notice your head is vibrating.

The first two things you mentioned are pretty normal. Everyone can make that happen if they know how and actually try. It is a good sign that you are so in touch with your body. It should make it easier for you to WILD or meditate.

I don't think I really understand the third thing you mentioned, with the blue vision. Were you still asleep? Was it a false awakening?

I can swing myself ever since I was 3 or 4, the best is emulating sea waves with my bed as a boat

I wasn't asleep and I don't think it was an lucid dream. My normal lucid dreams are very chaotic in thoughts, but this LD/OOBE was very clear. I don't know what may have caused the blue-tinted vision. Maybe it was the full moon's rays?

I think this is clearly an OBE... someone here said OBE, LD and Astral projection might be the same.. In my opinion they are VERY related but NOT at all the same... I know the overwhelming feeling you describe... it feels like a strong energy surrounding you... and i don't know about you but I also here this 'sound'... hard to explain how it sounds its like a busy loud machine of some sort..... I think its all energy and it has to do with the vibrational state you're in... It fades away as you get more comfortable...

You seem to have a 'gift' if you wanna call it that, because this sort of thing don't come as easy for everyone... that floating sensation might just be an astral proyection, you might actually be leaving your phisical body... read about it, and understand it... that might be able to help you master it... you won't find experiences like yours (with the vibrations and stuff) in Lucid dreaming... not very often anyways.. but you will find out A LOT of them in OBE, astral projection, soul traveling and all that kinda stuff...

I'm glad someone said this. I think you do have a gift of sorts. I'd love to take a crack at explaining what I think is happening, but I don't want to type pages in a thread. PM is an easier way for me to discuss things.
