      Was this an OBE or what, why was the scenery so dark?

      Okay so yesterday night, I'm in bed. It's somewhere between 2 and 4 AM. I wake up naturally (gain consciousness) and go back to sleep. I find myself being pulled out of my body, this was not intentional. I am having a hard time moving my astral body or whatever. I'm in my room and everything is still dark except for an unnatural glare around furniture objects. I also saw a dark shadow moving. This only lasted 10 to 15 seconds and I regained control of my physical body.
      This also has happened during the day if I take a nap. I'm not scared if it happens during the day, maybe because the room is lit up by sunlight.

      I know there was definitely sleep paralysis, but I was moving my astral or dream body. This also wasn't a fun experience, and can not be compared to one of my lucid dreams.

      Well, if you AP at night, then everything will be dark, if you are staying on the physical plane.

      oh really, I heard that it is dark if you don't bring enough energy with you, and you'll get stuck in the real time realms.

      Well, in my experience, you can move between planes in astral, but dreaming or having on OBE of night is like dreaming of day.

      I get terrified when I AP because everything is so realistic, i lose lucidity.
