Tried to ByPass Roll Over Signal

So ive been trying to have an OBE for a while, some of you may know this, and i read about the roll over signal,to trick ur self to get into SP so i laid in bed on my back really relaxed for a good 15 minutes, maybe 20, all I felt was like i was getting really heavy, and i jus felty like my legs and arms weighed alot but i was trying not to move a inch, but no luck, i dont know if the heavy sensation means anything, so any insight is awesome

Roll Over Signal is the signal your brain sends to the body to tell if the body has fallen asleep yet, the way this works is if your laying down, and your starting to fall alseep, the brain sends a signal to the body asking the body permission to enter SP, the way the brain does this is when it sends this " roll over signal " you will either have the urge to turn over, change your position, move your leg, etc...if you simply ignore the urge a couple time by not giving in to these urges, your bascially tricking the brain in thinking you have fallen alseep which then gives the brain permission to enter you into SP...its a technique that allows you to enter SP, so you can OBE.
