OBE Experience?

Hey guys, as you can see im new to the forum and i came here seeking an answer.
I have been lucid dreaming for about one year now, and last night seemed like a normal LD to me, i was having a nice dream until, uncontrolled i saw myself sleeping in my bed from above. then i went back to my physical body and something amazing happened.
Everything went white, and i could feel a sensational burst shooting through my body, although i couldnt see anything, i felt my self lifting away from my bed for like 3 seconds.
then i woke up remembering everything.
- I recently started listening to "The Gateway Experience" by Robert Monroe, recommended.
Has anyone had the same experience? Is this an OBE? Or just a intense lucid dream? Any answers would be great!

That sounds to me like an OBE, though I don't have near enough experience to be considered a reliable source. If the OBE was uncontrolled you may not have had full lucidity... if it was an intense lucid dream, then wouldn't you have been the one to decide to have an OBE?

That sounds pretty sweet man. Must have been an OBE but I've never heard of someone having one after they've already fallen asleep. Although I have a bud who periodically will wake up in sleep paralysis and from there go into an OBE then lucid dream. Was it pretty intense? Sounds fun to me.

Well, as i stated i was having a lucid dream right before it happened, the fact that i couldnt control it was annoying, i always wanted to control my first OBE. And yes the feeling was insane, imagine a shooting burst of a 10x orgasm shooting through your body!
