I slept over a friend's house this night, so I didn't have my dream journal with me.

However, I do remember having one dream that I remembered until now. I get the feeling that JD from Scrubs was there, but I can't be sure.

It is worth noting that I almost had a DEILD. I woke up, and kept my eyes closed and didn't move. Then I started feeling the vibrations of sleep paralysis, but, like before, I forgot what to do, and I woke up. I also got extremely excited/nervous/slightly scared so my heart started pounding. I'll try to keep my cool next time.

I also remember that I felt this weird sensation of my body floating around, or swaying back and forth. Perhaps I almost had an OBE? It's a very unique and fascinating feeling.
