Bridger's Oneironautic Expeditions

I'm driving a car following my dad who is in another car. We are driving down a street and he's about a quarter mile further up the road. I see him do a weird turn and he heads off to the right. Once I make it to where he turned, I see that it's a railroad crossing. The first crossing is fine but there's a second one with lights flashing for an incoming train and a busy road right on the other side of it. I have to wait for traffic to clear before pulling out and through the crossing. I feel like I'm playing Frogger as I pass over the oncoming traffic from the left, but have to wait in the middle of the road for traffic from the right to clear. After crossing, I end up in a tight parking lot for some kind of popup carnival.
