Congrats on the LD! Very cool dream setting, Auron. This amusement park sounds like a great place to return to in the future if you can find your way back.

It's funny but the one time that I encountered a rollercoaster in a lucid dream I wound up doing the exact same and just hanging on to the side and riding around. I was still a pretty young lucid dreamer, though, so I ended up hopping off when the ride got too intense. Nerd!

It's interesting how much respect and deference you were getting (even if indirectly) from the first lady and how much lip you got from the Indian guy. Now is he someone that you've encountered before or a completely new DC? It sounded like he was someone that has been a pain in past lucids.

I'm pretty sure it would be easier than most shapeshifting if you got lucid.

Yeah....weekends I'm normally over my friends house, and I stay the night, so I don't get much sleep. Then I get home, and make up for it (with a nap), so huge REM rebound. I got lucky enough to WILD....I tried to hit a DEILD after that but it didn't happen.

Lucky you. I had a non lucid about being in a beer pub. Came really close to having some lucid beer finally.

Wow...when I was reading it...I was like "okay woman been there done that" (Kasumi from DOA series) then you said husband and kids, and my jaw dropped through my computer table! FUCK!

Yeah, that sums it up. I'm thinking these weird has dreams have something to do with the Flu shot I was forced to take a week ago.

I've had one where I was a "woman". Not just a girl. I was wondering how I got there and I couldn't think of anything. My husband and kids came out and said that I was having an "amnesiac episode" I started crying. Like a woman... It was weird.

Ugh...I'd rather dream about being a girl (it's happened before).

I can't get that specific. I can generally get myself to a destination, the rest is generally dependent on how lucid I am and what else is going on.

Looking forward to our field trip! I'll plan to head there in four hours. Even if you're not sleeping then, it should still be fun... I think. We'll see! Woohoo! I'm excited!
