Well it sounds to me that you entered sleep paralysis. This is where your body falls asleep and you're still aware. (I've experienced it several times) There is also a slim chance that when you got up and went to the mirror that you could have been dreaming. This is what's called a false awakening, where you dream that you woke up and started doing things. You clearly have alot of questions. I would recommend you read the site's home page articles and some wiki articles for more in-depth information, if you have not done so already.
