      Here is also an interesting guide to levels of lucidity. It is to be used as reference and not as a strict textbook because every person is different and it is really hard to measure awareness anyways. But I think it is pretty good and you can always make your own categories with more experiences to account for. Keep up the RCs and good luck!

      It seems to me that this was a lucid, you became aware you were in a dream, and you exerted some control over the items of the dream. So count it as a lucid, or if you prefer to be more conservative a semi- lucid.

      One advice I can give is that you change the sentence "this is not a dream" to " this is a dream" in your RCs. When you RC in real life you teach yourself to ask the same during dreams. If you always answer with this is not a dream in real life, the chances are you will answer the same way when asleep. I always ask myself "could this be a dream"' and answer, "yes, it could". If this was I dream, what would I do? and imagine for a while that you are already in a dream. This way you train your subcon more effectively.
