      The dreams really are incredible.
WILD ing into sleep paralysis so far has been the only way I have achieved lucidity. I think in my case I don't really see any hallucinations if I have the clear intent of staying focused throughout, but if I am just exhausted and want to take a regular nap I find I'll usually see them more often. They can be ominous... but just remember to throw love and good intent at them!

Thanks so much! And that does make sense, I always felt safest at my grandmothers.

I think I'm more afraid of the hallucinations than the paralysis itself lol. I'm really wanting to try it though, because everyone who does it says the dreams are so much more vivid.

Before I actually knew what sleep paralysis was I was petrified every time it started happening to me, but you have to remember to just stay calm. Sometimes it feels hard to breathe but if you keep your focus it doesn't last long and it is so incredibly worth it

Good job on the lucid and focusing on the cloud. Sorry about the feeling your last dream gave you, those dreams are tough. I have dreams at my grandparents house as well- I wonder if it is supposed to reflect a place where you felt safe- where your worries of today were never present?
