I'm sorry, I'm a sucker for specifics, but we induce dreams every night. What you meant to say was lucid dreaming induction methods .

this isnt anything about my dreams or anything but i need help
Uhh... I don't know why you said this isn't anything about your dreams only to immediately turn around and ask about dreaming induction methods, but I'm gonna try and help you anway...

What is the best method you've used to help you lucid dream?

      No method works for me.
MILD and WBTB are powerhouses (with a few RCs on the side for good measure.)

But these kinds of questions would be best kept to the forums under attaining lucidity rather than the Dream Journal system.

Like my comment or send me a PM so that I know that you read this. If you need help navigating Dreamviews, I would be more than happy to oblige.

The defenition of a lucid dream is that you were aware that you were dreaming while dreaming. If you knew that you were dreaming and that your waking body was back in bed, then you were lucid dreaming. Judging by the fact that you were manifesting and controlling the dream, I would say that it was likely you had some level of awareness.
