Okay so because I'm a lazy butt I haven't been recording my Lucid dreams lately, but I'm going to jot down what I remember really quick.

      Dream 1: (Mid-Febuary?)
I had a lot of trouble falling asleep that night, but every time I fell asleep I had a recurring dream of my friends and I in a weight room. At one point I went lucid and felt myself rolling off of my bed, almost gliding, not in my control. I then started to fall into a void and saw the image of the weight room again but didn't go in because I had a bad feeling about it(pretty sure I saw an older man and that made me uneasy).

      Dream 2: (Early March)

I had a false awakening and decided to take my dog downstairs to my dad. I put her on the couch, and there were three dogs on the couch. I only own two dogs.

      Dream 3: (Late Febuary)
I woke up, had a false awakening. Decided to walk downstairs and keep control of my dream, but as I did my P.O.V shifted for a second so it was as if I were a small animal, and then I was floating and "swam" downstairs as I started to lose focus. I managed to get down and walked past my dad, who was asleep on the couch. I decided to go outside and change a scene that way, but it didn't work because I already saw my front yard out my window. I turned the doorknob (the feeling of me gripping it was insanely real) and walked outside. Everything looked rather normal except that the sky was a cartoony red-and-purple night with the moon out. There were also some people outside and a tree was where it wasn't supposed to be. I wanted to turn a corner and see a wolf but that didn't work. I lost lucidity when I found a kid playing with some cat in my yard and went to warn his mother that the cat could hurt him.

      Dream 4: (A week ago)

I remember being lucid and being proud of how well I was staying stable in my dream. I walked into my sister's room.

      Dream 5: (Last night)

I remember looking at a girl who cupped her hands and a tiny book appeared when she opened her palms. She then was able to make the old-looking book with a red leather cover life-size. I tried to copy what she did but I think I changed dream scenes by then. I remember doing a hands check and then waking up. I do know that I'll use that hands method to summon objects and maybe even scenes from now on.

      Dream Occurred: 1/14/16 (Wednesday)

I went to bed rather early for me, 10 or 11 PM. I decided to try WILD, but let my thoughts drift off a bit. I then saw a bright light flash (yellowish-greenish) on my eyelids. I didn’t panic when I normally would have. I then started vibrating and thought “this is normal for going through sleep paralysis”. I accepted that thought, but it almost felt like someone else said it, not that I think about it. I also thought that once I opened my eyes I’d be in my room.
So I did. I did a nose check and it passed. Since my current LD goal is to transform into a wolf, I tried to turn myself into one. I looked at my stubby hand and tried to make it a paw, but only got as far as making my hand into a black mass.
I had a number of more fragments where I had FA’s (I think I had two in total but I’m not sure). Here is a list from what I remember of them:
      - Trying to wake up in a bed in my dream world but doubting it would work, so it didn’t.
      - Howling to see if I sounded like a human or wolf (I also wasn’t sure if I was dreaming or not)
      - Seeing microbial microscope looking things in front of my eyelids, and this scaring me
      - Telling myself that when I woke up I’d be in my bed, but my friends would be there
      - Two of my friends being in my 7th grade science room with me while I was in my bed. Sorta a morph with the classroom and my bedroom.

    3. The Tropics & Gatorade

Man I am really late with this one. Anyways...

For some reason, last night I had that paranoid feeling when I was in my room and in bed. I had a dream of me being in my room with a panicked feeling. I also remember thinking that I was in a dream but never gained lucidity. I woke up shaking. I waited for that feeling to wear off, did a nose check and went back to sleep.

In my larger dream, I was in a playground when I saw an electronic-looking sphere that was light blue. There were words on it that said something about a video game and I went inside. I remember thinking that It looked not as real as I would have liked it to. I went inside the sphere anyways and saw I was over a light colored ocean. I tried to dive from the air into the water but once I got in I did not feel any water and the “game” restarted.

I then was flying over the tropics for a while and remember seeing crocodilians. At some point, I was in the store I work at, walking behind my dad. I remembered that it is possible to eat and drink in dreams so I tried to drink some Gatorade. It tasted very watered down. I then saw one of my middle school friends had a stand with brownies. I took one and could feel the texture of it as I ate it. I then woke up.

      Unsettling
Last night/early this morning I had two FA’s in a row. They were both a bit disturbing.
      1st FA:
I woke up in my room and did a nose check. When it passed I didn’t really believe it since my room was very clear, I hadn’t felt any vibrations, and I could see and feel my entire body. Since my family was asleep I didn’t want to do anything stupid, so I decided to walk downstairs.
I definitely knew it was a dream when I walked down my hallway. There were things in there like boxes that didn’t belong in my house. As I walked a flashlight beam shone in front of me, as if I was wearing one of those helmets. Once I got downstairs I saw my dad sleeping on the couch. I did a type of pounce/moon jump in front of him.
Next thing I knew I was back in my bed again, falling asleep. A really giant whooshing noise went into my ears and just wouldn’t stop. I tried to close my eyes and create a new dreamscape, but instead just had another FA.
      2nd FA:
I “woke up” again to my room being very realistic. I did a nose check which passed and immediately afterwards looked down at my feet (and in the process squishing up my blanket). My legs and entire body were there. I tried to float and create a new dreamscape but neither worked. I then walked downstairs.
My living room, for some reason, was in the morning daylight. My parents were downstairs eating a box of something and arguing over if I was asleep or not. One of them said “she’s right there” while the counter to that was “no, she’s in her REM cycle”. At first I didn’t say anything, but then I remembered that it was a good thing to speak to dream characters. I then said “I’m awake” in a calm tone and both of my parents turned into dark figures. They threw the black box at me, but I didn’t feel it hit me or anything.
I then went downstairs, deciding that I wanted to create a giant feast for myself (you can’t gain calories by eating dream food ). Instead I walked farther into my den and near my bird’s cage. I then turned around and saw the figure of my dad (still pitch-black) and the silhouette of my dog. I called her and wanted to pet her, but suddenly I was in my room again.
This part is a bit fuzzy. This may have even been a 3rd FA but I can’t really remember. Once I was in my room again I started to panic a bit. I kept doing nose checks and breathing in quickly to try and wake myself up. I laid down again and the whooshing sound came back with another metallic sound mixed in.
I then woke up for real and did a few nose checks which failed. Then I looked in my school planner to see if I could read correctly. I never checked the time but changed sleeping positions and told myself I would have a normal dream. I did.

      Finally
After three long months of basically having nothing, I finally had another lucid dream last night. I was having trouble sleeping. Before I fell asleep, I had thoughts about “going back to a happy time”.
For some reason I thought of the summer of 2009. I was in the top bunk of my bed (around 2011 I got the room for myself and I now sleep in the bottom bunk) and was wearing my old purple nightgown. I had my IPod plugged in and was listening to songs I own now, but didn’t have back then, including Oh No by Marina and the Diamonds. I was also afraid that a screamer audio would come on my music and some monster would grab me in the night.
At one point I had trouble opening my eyes, and I didn’t think much of it since I had this problem once when I was very tired (I think that might have been the night of my annoying fragments). Well, I managed to open my eyes and my room was extremely blurry and bright. I felt a vibration in my side and knew from a previous nightmare that went lucid that this meant I was dreaming. I also did a nose check, but I didn’t feel my hands on my nose. I didn’t really feel like I had a body. I didn’t have 100% control and didn’t really think things out, but instead decided that I could fly in my room. I started floating to one corner of my room from the bunk and woke up suddenly.
Once I opened my eyes again I was in my real room, and did another check to be sure. I checked the time and saw that it was 2:33 AM. I’m going to set an alarm tonight for 2AM and try the WBTB method.
Another indicator for dreaming I have decided to use is music. I had a non-lucid dream once where I was on a boat with a young man and we were releasing captive fish into the sea. He began singing Welcome to the Black Parade by My Chemical Romance and I broke down in tears. I’ve decided that hearing that song could mean that I am dreaming. Hopefully it works.

    6. Over the Past Couple Months or So

      by , 06-30-2014 at 04:30 PM
I really should have written this back in May, but a combination of school chaos and laziness has prevented me from doing so. Luckily it’s summer now so I have the time and energy to!
All of these happened in May, really, I haven’t had more than maybe one in June.

Can’t Scream? Must be a dream.

First Occurrence: I was in my hallway. By the staircase one of my stuffed animals (a “Webkinz” Leopard Gecko, to be exact) started moving and coming to life. I tried to run to my mom but I couldn’t walk. I then tried to scream. I felt my throat move but no sound came out. I then got a very faint thought that I could be dreaming and then woke up. Once I woke up I casually thought, “Oh, I was dreaming” Without any post-nightmare panic. I then told myself that the fact I couldn’t scream was a signal that I was dreaming.

Second Occurrence: During this dream I was in the city visiting my friends or something of that sort. It was night (now that I think of It, I may have been at a sleepover) and we were all running away from this vampire-monster. We ran into someone else’s house and then got caught. She bit me and I suddenly felt a vibrating in my side where her teeth went. I tried to scream and couldn’t. I then realized what I did (or didn’t do, rather) and realized I was dreaming. I then made the girl go away and sat in my bed with that same vibrating sensation. I tried to both get rid of the feeling and open my eyes but couldn’t do either one. I then got excited and woke up.

      Annoying

One night I kept having fragments and false awakenings. One consisted of me floating in a room. In another, I tried screaming “I WANT A BEACH” and forgot to use the open-a-door method. I had school or something the next day and knew I was losing sleep- basically they were getting annoying. I changed sleeping positions and slept regularly for the rest of that night.

      Waking Myself Up

I had a false awakening and ‘woke up’ in my bed like how I usually do. I walked around for a bit and decided to go downstairs. It was night, so naturally my living room was dark. I got a bad feeling over that (even though nothing bad can happen to you in a dream, I wasn’t aware of that while I was dreaming). I then told myself I could wake myself up by breathing in quick (I also had this realization when I first ‘woke up’.) So I did that and woke up from my dream. Once I woke up I reminded myself that nothing bad can happen.

    7. Over the Past Couple Days

      by , 04-14-2014 at 02:39 PM
      4/14/2014
      9:12 AM

Over the past few days I’ve been having a number of lucid dreams.
      Friday:
I went to bed at around 4 PM. I started having a normal dream, but after a while I realized that I was dreaming and decided that I wanted to wake of. I sat up in my bed and did a nose reality check which passed. I thought “I’m dreaming! I can do anything I want to now.” I felt dizzy and woke up immediately after.
      Saturday:
I fell asleep at 11:00 PM. I had a bunch of LD fragments that night.
In the first, “I woke up” and thought, “If I were dreaming, I could float right now.” I floated, but, being the fail I am turned upside down while floating! Lol. I then woke up or went into my next dream (I don’t really remember the transition for any of these.) In the second, I floated again. I went up a little high, fell fast, but at the very end I fell slowly. In my third dream, I was typing something into my computer (a google search to be exact) but the letters kept getting mixed up. That’s how I knew I was dreaming, and woke up right after. Note that for all three of these I was in my bedroom at night and I felt dizzy. I also have a memory of opening my closet and trying to get to a beach, but I’m not sure which fragment it was from.
      Sunday:
I went to bed a little past midnight. I started dreaming in my kitchen. My mother had woken me up to do something, and a man we knew was sitting in the kitchen, along with my dad. I looked at the clock on our stove and noticed that the time said 2:12 AM. I thought “Wow, I had no idea I woke up so early.” I glanced at the cable box for our kitchen T.V and saw that the time was different. I thought this was odd, so I looked back at the stove and sure enough, the time was messed up. I felt myself getting dizzy again, and knowing that this meant I would wake up I stopped moving and let the feeling pass. (I read guides on dream stabilization; which helped a lot. I then went to my back door (in the kitchen) and thought “I want a beach”. A beach popped up when I opened it. The water wasn’t clear, so I commanded it to be clear. It then turned into this gorgeous see-through tropical water (it reverted to unclear shortly after). I could feel the sun on me. I saw that some of my friends were there, but I wanted to be alone on the beach. My best friend then called out that she was drowning, so I thought “anyone who is drowning will be pushed to shore by the next wave.” I’m pretty sure it worked, but after that I lost lucidity.
    8. Close Call

      by , 03-22-2014 at 04:19 PM
      3/22/14
      1:31 AM
Dream number two didn’t exactly happen, but I’m writing down the experience anyways. In summary, I’m pretty much scared when I shouldn’t be lol. I put on some LD Audio before I went to bed (Binaural Beats & Beach Ambience). Then, I put my iPod away and tried to WILD. It worked.
I forgot I was WILD-ing for a bit and started to dream “normally”. I was in the back of my Chemistry classroom, and my teacher was reading off dorms for a class trip (this makes sense; I’m going on a field trip later in the year but with a different class). Then I heard a creepy woman’s voice list the types of rooms. Two of them were “Panic Room” and “Lucid Room”. There were about five others but I don’t remember the rest. Panic room was first on the list, so she read the description: “Panic Room. This room will make you want to skin yourself alive.” I then got deep chills from fear/creepiness/whatever. Those chills turned into the intense shaking that someone gets from sleep paralysis (and I realized that). I tried to imagine myself falling into my dream from the sky, since the shaking gave off a “sound” like rushing air. I then saw a creepy skeleton/lady face (but faint, similar to the ghost images you see in front of your eyelids). I then decided not to enter the dream, but instead inhale quickly a couple times and wake up.
This did freak me out quite a bit, but I don’t think it is that bad. I did get a few things out of this while having the comfort that dreams are just dreams and I’m always safe, no matter how vivid a LD is.
      1) I can induce an LD without the aid of audio.
      2) I can enter sleep paralysis.
      3) I’m able to WILD without the wake-back-to-bed method.
I don’t think my “nightmare” was a negative thing, but rather a way for my body to induce sleep paralysis. The fact that a “lucid” room was mentioned set off a signal for me, and the “panic” was only there to transition into sleep paralysis in a way that made sense to my half-asleep body. The face was only an image my mind reflected from being afraid. It’s rather interesting, really!
    9. My Neighbor Totoro and the Bus Driver

      by , 03-22-2014 at 04:16 PM
      3/21/14
It’s 8:08 PM, and I gauge that an hour or so ago, I had my very first lucid dream.
I went to bed at around 5:30, and tried a couple LD audios. They weren't doing anything for me, and I read that it’s best “not to force it” if you get bored or anything like that. So I put my iPod on my desk and went to bed as usual, expecting just to have a more vivid dream (my recall has been really good the past few days, but I don’t really remember anything significant from then now, just that they were vivid and I had good recall once I woke up) than anything controllable.
Anyways, the first thing I had after falling asleep was a false awakening. I sat up in my bed really fast, facing my wall. It didn't last long- I knew how to reality check, so I did the close-your-nose thing. I could still breathe while clamping my nose shut and not using my mouth. (I could feel the air pass through my nose, which was really cool. That was the only thing I felt in the entire dream though). I then thought, “I’m dreaming.” (I was also aware that I was having a FA) My next thought that was I was afraid that I would really wake up, and that’s what I think kept me lucid. I closed my eyes again quick, heard some air, and when I opened again I was in a scene. The transport only lasted a couple seconds, and I never created the dream scene. (I wanted a beach when using the LD audio.)
I was in this meadow- field like place. The sky was a very bright blue and the clouds were a bright white. The grass was very bright green, like light was almost coming from it; that bright. There was a bridge-entrance. My mind, I think, was re-creating this part of a road a town away from me. There's a bridge going over the road and then an orchard field. (There were no orchards in my dream, though. The road was nonexistent most of times and at the same time as I mention a ‘sunset’ later on there’s a dirt road.)
My mind recalled four people from my dream. The first was the main character from My Neighbor Totoro, a Ghibli movie from my childhood. She was sitting on the bridge when I saw her (note: the sky temporarily changed to sunset) so I left her alone (it never crossed my mind to approach her, actually). The second person was an older guy. I think it was my bus driver. He was in the fields, behind some flowers or something. I wanted to go talk to him, and tried flying there (because that is what everyone wants to do first thing when they have one of these dreams, right?). So I tried to moon jump. That failed. I then tried flapping my arms like an airplane or chicken or something. Nope, that didn't work either. After that my dream scene switched to my mom’s room. The switch was automatic this time, and I didn't really react. I was chatting with my mom about something. She was in bed, I was near the doorway. I don’t remember our conversation (I never saw her, but knew she was there). The final person was my friend. He walked in and asked, in his voice, “Why he couldn't talk to anyone.” I told him calmly that he was dreaming, and patted his back as I left the room. Then I woke up.
Something else to note is that for most of this dream, I saw myself in third-person. This would explain, for example, why I didn't see my mom- she was “there”, definitely, but my point-of-view was facing the wall so I only saw myself. There were times when I was in first person. The one I really remember was when I was in my first dream scene, doing a nose reality check for fun.
I definitely need to work on my control. I also think that I’m going to stop using LD audio from now on, or just listen to a little bit of it before I go to “bed” (Lately I’ve been attempting this early on Friday evenings and then stay up ‘till like 3 AM . It hasn't been affecting me badly since I still get my sleep hours.)
