I know I had several dreams, but I can't recall anything. I'm hopeful though
My keys to recall. 1) drink lots of water to force yourself out of the bed at night. 2) if you aren't waking in between cycles and noticing it, get alarms to wake you up. 3) if you don't know your cycle times, work on that 4) INTENT is everything, don't just go to bed hoping to remember, ask yourself while you're sleeping what is going on, tell yourself you will remember, tell yourself after each cycle that you wake, intent is huge without it you will be lazy and just sleep thru it 5) mantras, say mantras before sleep, say mantras in between cycles I WILL REMEMBER
