This occurred during a long nap. All of the recent dream fragments before it were FA's with me trying to wake up. Mostly I couldn't open my eyes and if I went back to sleep in the dream, I would FA into the same situation.

Also of note, I was able to get around my usual flying problem because my target was moving ahead of me.

For a period of time we were driving fast down this mountain pass. I was not driving, but I could see a car ahead of us barrel into a turn and hit the guard rail. I told the driver to slow down. We hit the rail at the apex of the turn, but it didn't have much of an impact. It was like Grand Theft Auto where you can turn and use the walls to help you complete it.

I was walking down the street of some town. There are a bunch of cars to my left in some traffic. I small, dark green hatch-back starts to maneuver strangely. I can tell it is trying to take off. I stop and look. It lifts off the ground and I yell, "Hey you can't fly in MY dream! I am the flying police...." I look to take off after the car but there is a ceiling of tree branches over the entire road. It is a thick mesh. I continue my statement, "....but I am out of my jurisdiction."

I run to the side walk and the trees end. I spot the car in the sky and launch. I feel the strong pull of acceleration. The car is really far ahead, but I am gaining steadily. When I start to get close, it banks to the left and dips back down. I give chase. I realize that the back bumper is just out of my reach--around 2 yards. I try to use a spider web to pull it to me. It works and I grab the bumper (I didn't really see the web but the car shot back into my hand). I used some angular leverage and hurl the car back to the ground with all my force. I lose the dream with a fairly satisfied feeling.
