Dreamsphere (Return to the Chaos)

I am running down the middle of a road with a friend. We reach a familiar street and both slow down, my friend walking on the right side of the road while I trail a bit behind on the left. As I am walking, I notice a dog with the facial features of a rooster approaching me, looking as if it is ready to attack. I signal to my friend for help but he is too far ahead and does not see. Scared, I half climb on top of a parked car for safety while readying myself to kick the animal if I need to. It edges itself closer and looks ready to leap towards me when I hear a strange alien-like screech. I turn to see that the sound has come from my friend, who is apparently mimicking the cry of the animal in order to scare it away. It works and the animal flees.
