Exploring My Mind

Another particularly vivid dream, this time with a good number more details recalled than that pizza dream.

I was at a house that looked like a much more modified version of my current home, complete with a second floor, big TV, and a pool in the middle of the living room, about the size of a ping pong table. Lots of different people were there, including my boss from work, my dad, my grandpa, and some random people.
This dream was sort of a hodge-podge of everything going on in my life recently. It was all topped off when...
One of my old best friends from, like, 7 years ago appeared (I'll refer to her as K). This coincides with real life, since K texted me out of the blue just the other day. Just as in real life, it had been a while since we had seen each other in the dream's story, so K expressed her surprise at seeing me. Curiously enough, she was closer to the age she was when I last saw her, rather than how old she is now. She immediately wanted to go swimming (since that's what we used to always do), so we decided to do just that.
While we were swimming, my boss called me over and asked me about Luigi's Mansion (for whatever reason, great game though). And then the random events just kept happening when my dad announced he had to go. He slipped on old-time Japanese wooden sandals (I'm starting to not understand the connections here ) and slipped out the front door.
"Dad! Where are you going?!" I asked him, upset he was leaving.
"I've got work to do!" he yelled back.

And that's where it ended. I felt sad waking from this dream, it was fun seeing all these people I don't usually get to see anymore.

Remembered snippets from a longer, more vivid dream this morning. This was the part that stood out the most.
I was on vacation with my girlfriend and my family. The area I was at was similar to the place I went just a couple of weeks ago IRL with my girlfriend and my family, so this was those memories coming back up.
Only this time, we stopped by a really large pizza place on the way there, as we all had the munchies. We ordered our pizza, and I grabbed mine (a large pepperoni), but as I went to go bring it to my table with my girlfriend, a really bratty little kid walked up to me. I could tell by the look on his face he didn't have good intentions.
"Want some pizza, huh?" He sneered. He grabbed about three slices off of the plate I was carrying and 'accidentally' dropped them onto the floor. Everybody in the restaurant gawked at the sight. I glared at the kid, and just said "Thanks for that," and walked over to where my girlfriend and my family were sitting.
I explained the situation to them, and naturally they got very angry. I blew it off and just ordered another pizza, explaining the situation to the cashier and getting it for free. In the end, the kid got kicked out of the restaurant.

Hey guys! Been a little while, but I'm kicking myself back into it to make sure I don't get out of practice like usual. I've remembered quite a few dreams in the past month, but none written down, sadly, or I would document them here. So, this dream was from two nights ago. It was very short, mind you, but also very vivid, and it led to a weird sensation.
I was in my room, except with my co-worker for some odd reason. He pointed out to me two dudes who were lying under my girlfriend's bed, writhing about on the floor and dancing. All I could see of them were their limbs, and I could hear upbeat techno music playing in a muffled sort of way, as if I was hearing it from a distance.
My co-worker and I started dancing to the music, and everything felt happy. However, things took a very eerie turn when we looked up from our dance and noticed that the two dudes who were under the bed were now standing beside it, looking at us like we were crazy. If the two dudes weren't under the bed anymore...then why whose limbs were still writhing around under the bed...?
As soon as we came to this creepy realization, I heard a loud cracking noise, and a bright light engulfed all of us. It felt almost as if a bomb was going off. I fell on top of my bed, my ears ringing, and my body tingling. And as soon as I hit the bed...
I woke up, slowly rising from my real life bed, while still feeling the ringing in my ears and the tingling sensation in my body. It went away in a few seconds, and everything was back to normal, but wow was that a weird and unsettling end to a dream.
