I had such a lazy day on Sunday, lounging around reading and catnapping that come Sunday night I was too well rested to sleep properly and tossed and turned all night.

At around 5am I sat up and took a drink of water and lay back down and closed my eyes. Within about a min I was vibrating. I tried rolling out and after a couple of seconds blasted backwards out of my body, though my bedroom wall behind me and out through my neighbours roof. It was the most unbelievable feeling I have ever felt. It was like an enormous air blaster was shooting me in to space, I felt every sensation like I was on a backwards rollercoaster. I could see debris from where I came through my neighbours roof. I know I did a bit of flying after this but it's not as clear as the start.

I woke up thinking jeez prisoners should really practice lding and astral projection, it would definitely be a cool kind of freedom.
