      Non Lucid - Lucid

this reoccurring nightmare always takes place at my aunts house, and one of the rooms is haunted or has a demon present.

My three friends went in to the room in my aunts house that i knew had some sort of demonic presence in it. So i just stood at the door because i knew the room would probably slam on us and it would only get worse from there. i told my friends over and over as i felt the aura of the presence grow stronger that we had to get out. they didnt listen to me and as the door started to get heavier and heavier behind me i was able to slip out at the last second. then i was in my bed out of no where but couldnt move at all except for lifting my hands. i tried to turn on my phone to get light in the room but the screen wouldnt turn on even after taking out the battery and putting it in multiple times. (damnit why didnt i try and plug my nose!) i was sure that it was the demon/presence that was holding me down from my aunts and this scared the shit out of me so i guess thats why i didnt RC or anything.

I then spent about an hour on the computer, typed up this in my dream journal(this is an edit), and just spent time on the forum getting some better thoughts in my head. Then i decided to try WBTB. I stayed completely still focusing on my breathing for about twenty minutes but i found when i would let my mind wonder a bit the "lead blanket" would become more present and i eventually got to the vibrating that way. however when the vibrating got very strong it began to hurt which lasted about 20 seconds. confused about the duration and thinking my health was in danger i stopped... Should i keep going next time? can everybody do it? i was excited that this was happening but i didn't think the vibrating was supposed to last that long.
