so i lay in bed listening to meditation sounds last night for around an hour, the when i turned off my MP3 player i began some WILD techniques and fell into a lucid even though this was a wild i did not notice i was dreaming as my dream began exactly where i hut SP. when i opened my eyes i was under the covers so i tried to pull these off my head but there was no end, i attempted the finger RC while i was lying there and just as i done it my fingers sprung away from each other. i kept changing the side i was lying on and got a bit fed up. as i started to think about waking up i also started thinking of spiders (i hate them) so i started paniking as i though "the more i think of them the chances are they will apear) so at this point i had a really big urge to wake up but couldnt. i knew i was lying in bed with my arm round my fiancee so i though i needed to shut my eyes shout her name and move frantically to get her attemtion, while i was moving the dream became really intense and i done the nose RC which worked, and i kept shouting her name, then i herd "Kev" so i shouted wake me up! she said kev again and my eyes opened. turns out i was lying in bed wrigling and moaning and she was woried so woke me up lol.
