    1. The Little Mermaid (7/8/14)

      by , 07-10-2014 at 06:44 PM
My dream starts out with me as a mermaid (?) urgently swimming away from captors on boats. My hands have been cut off in torture sessions; leaving only stumps in their place. But even with this obvious handicap, I am moving at an amazing speed. My captors have no gender to identify and they dressed their faces with black cloth, leaving only their glowing yellow eyes to peer out. I had no doubt that those eyes had the ability to see through the deep, dark water––that they had the ability to see me. That thought alone made me want to vomit.

There was probably more, but that's all I remember.

    2. Let it Out (6/30/14)

Out of bed at: 9:15 A.M.

Super short dream but it was pretty dramatic.

My mom had apparently died (don't know how), and I was standing in front of a crowd of gathered people. They were waiting for me to react to my mom's death apparently.

Let it be said that I don't really like crying with other people present

      But I did then

I exploded into hard sobs against someone's shoulder (sister?) while saying: I want my mommy

Sooo yeah, not a fun dream

    3. Love is Over (9/1/13)

My dream starts out with me, my sister, and my friend out shopping. We stop to take a survey. I don't remember the questions or my answers, but I know it was about dating and that I was the only one who took it. We leave and now we're outside the front of my house. My friend had left, so it was only me and my sister until a guy from across the street walked over. He appeared to be an early teen crush of mine. He asked my sister about my friend and if she was with us, ignoring me. My sister tells him that he just missed her. Disappointment was clear on his face. He now tries to hand me envelope sealed letters for my friend. I then thought back to the survey, knowing immediately that I had answered wrong and that these letters should be for me. I don't hesitate to go back in time and answer the one question I apparently had gotten wrong. I was now back infront of my house, my sister gone but he still stood there holding the letters out for me to take. I now feel that the letters were truly mine. I take them and hide them under my shirt, pressed against the skin of my stomach. He smiled at me, but it didn't last long for it was interrupted by screams. Zombies came out of nowhere in waves like a large sea of undead. My old crush grabs my hand and we start to climb the building that was suddenly infront of us, jumping through gaps in the walls into random rooms. We get separated. I start to panic, feeling for the letters under my shirt.

    4. The Doctor is in (8/31/13)

My dream starts out with me sitting in my living room on the couch. My sister sits beside me with her shirt rolled up to her breasts, uncovering her pregnant belly. She tells me she's waiting for someone but doesn't stay and gets up to leave for upstairs. I'm still not alone for my mother is there now flipping through a pregnancy book. She talks, (I can't remember what she says) but I do remember her tone of voice being very nonchalant and bored. She too gets up to leave, telling me the Gynecologist is finally here. A woman comes through the front door and sits beside me on the couch. She has short hair and bulky glasses. I look down to myself only to find that I'm now the one pregnant with my shirt rolled up to my breasts. I don't feel surprised. She now hands me a math book and tells me to turn to page 105 (I remember this number clearly). I start flipping through it. I have trouble finding the page and when she looks up to see if I'm ready, she finds me in the 900s of the book (this math book is very large it would seem) and asks if I would like some help. I decline and eventually find the page myself. She starts talking in her very teacher like voice, reading from her own book. I myself am hardly glancing at mine. I keep shifting my body on the couch, twisting my head to look down at the left side of my body (the side closest to the Gynecologist). I remember the fabric of the couch irritating my skin, making me shift and twist even more. She stops talking and looks up at me to ask a math question and if I know the answer to it. I don’t know the answer.
