lucid

When it began, I was going to the regional spelling bee (which I'm doing IWL ). My nerves were shaky, but it was happening. I was excited, especially since, in the dream, it was taking place in South Korea. My father and I were at SOU, where the spelling bee is being held IWL (it was still SOU, just... In Korea) and walking around campus when we found an adorable animal. It had a huge fluffy tail, little paws, and... A human face?!
However, we thought nothing of it. It was cute and that was all that mattered. It basically had a small, adorable, pinkish purple raccoon body- it seemed to love us, so we decided to take it home. The dream drifted away from the spelling bee, and I was sad that we had to leave Korea. So I came up with some better ideas.
In a Coraline-esque movie, I had seen a character say a poem, and go through a painting, taking her to another world. I decided to do that, and return to South Korea, so I could meet my idols. I remembered the four-line, rhyming poem, and noticed the painting leaning against the wall behind my bed. It contained lots of dark colors and red, reminding me of hell, or Hades. After I said the poem, I took a deep breath, and stuck my hand through the painting. It sucked me in, and I began to fall from about 6 feet up on a wall. The surrounding area was dark- certainly a hellish landscape. I was in a room, though. Albeit a large one. I felt a weirdly strong connection to Kim Taehyung at this point- mainly just thinking of his name. Anyways, as I exited, random dream characters were like "wHAT'RE YOU DOING HERE?? YOU'RE FROM THE MORTAL WORLD,, YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE DOWN HERE, PLEASE GO BACK, THIS PLACE IS CURSED," but I was just like "nah fuck u, im gonna go make out with [my favorite idol]."
This turned out to be a rather large building, but it was all comprised of the same materials, colors, and designs. I found an area which was supposedly [my favorite idol]'s room. His bed was red and black, and there were some dirty clothes scattered around it. I just... Sat there, waiting. Then I just decided to have a walk around this dimension until they kicked me out. Outside of the building, everything was pretty much normal, and I remember walking along a highway alone at night. It was kinda cool. Eventually I returned home, upset that I couldn't make out with [my favorite idol], so I decided to do it another way. A safer way. Lucid dreaming. (Pretty ironic, huh? I didn't even think to do a reality check right then and there.) I basically became lucid immediately, in a new landscape- which just so happened to be the main street of my current Town. I rubbed my hands together very frequently, amazed at how well that strengthened my hold on the dream. I decided to hunt down BTS, so I floated up, until I saw the town in a map view. In the Northeast area, rightwards of the town park, I saw a large square crowd of people with a few in front, on a stage. I assumed that it was them, holding a concert, so I flew over. However, there were NINE people in front, instead of seven. It wasn't them. My dumb ass didn't think to turn around and change them into BTS, but oh well. I don't really remember much after that. I'm happy to be having more LD's and that I used a lucidity strengthening technique, though.

Okay, so, I haven't been on here in awhile! Wow XD It may be because of school and all but... Idk. I dreamt that I was at a huge house... with a whole bunch of other kids. At some point, I became semi- lucid. Our "Parent" was very negligent (I think that's how you spell it?) and looked exactly like my math teacher. At one point I brought up the Sword Art Online menu, and called the police. They arrived in a big black pick-up truck. I looked for all of the other kids, which was pretty hard to do. There were like, over 50 other kids. Yeah. Then, the dream kind of changed to rich people living in that house. I wanted to impress them, so, being somewhat lucid, I changed a stuffed decorative rabbit in the front yard into a real, living rabbit. I woke up at about 7 am to go to the bathroom. I came back upstairs and fell asleep. I dreamt that I met a couple of people on the internet, and they wanted me to be their artist for something. I gladly said yes. Then, I was walking through a department store, looking for them. I came across my baby brother, alone, in his stroller.

Okay, so first I was in a zombie apocalypse, and I realized there was a good zombie. I realized I was safe from him. Then I somehow found a witch's house and drove the witch away. I remember that there was a sock that if I put it on my right foot, it would signal someone or something. I had a false memory that I had been there before, and looked under a rug to see a trapdoor to the basement. I wanted to go down there, but I didn't wanna fall. I looked to the right to see a little play area. There were a lot of rooms and to get to the next room, you had to complete a task. When I got to the room, I realized the room was now at Disneyworld. At some point I became lucid, but I don't remember when.. The rooms vaguely reminded me of the horror movie Cube. I saw my friend Irie, who's a lot shorter than me, but I made her taller than me (idk why). I made it to the top room (after some science experiments XD) and tried to imagine there was a nice penthouse on top of the rooms. I tried to break the ceiling Minecraft style but I got an error saying I couldn't. I decided to go on a couple of rides. Then I had a couple of false awakenings and did a reality check with both of them, but didn't have any control. but then I woke up for real.

So I dreamt that I was going back to elementary school for a visit with my class. There was something going on. If we found a pig in a wedding dress, and a baby cow, we'd get a prize. I found the pig- it was in a closet. Then I walked past a 3rd grade classroom to see that the kids in there had already found the cow. Then the dream shifted- I was at a hospital waiting room at night. We went outside (my mom, sister, brother and I) To see... Barack Obama! He needed a ride somewhere. That just seemed so strange to me, I did a reality check. My finger didn't go through my hand, but sort of "melted" into it. Eh, still, that wouldn't happen IWL! I plugged my nose too, and could breathe perfectly! I tried to take off to fly, but couldn't! I "woke up" and immediately did a reality check. Nope, still dreaming. I got up, but as soon as I did, I "woke up" again, and did a reality check, only to find that I was in yet another false awakening. I tried shouting "Clarity now!" a few times because everything was blurry, but it was no use. After a few more false awakenings, I woke up.

Omg! I had my 5th lucid dream, and I had a lot of control over it! In my dream, I did a reality check (because I do it so much IWL) Anyways, I saw my finger pass through my hand. I couldn't believe my eyes, because everything looked just like real life! Just to be sure, I did the nose plug reality check. I could breathe. It was AMAZING! I asked a DC where my Dream Guide is. They say, "Oh, Makenna's back at the high school!" So I floated into the sky (I had a bit of a hard time flying, I try to take a slow, calm flight and I end up zooming a bit too far past the high school!) Once I saw the high school, I landed, but didn't seem to find anyone. So I went back home somehow (I don't even know how), and noticed my parents were watching movies. And the setting changed to night. First, I grabbed the broken tv remote and changed the channel, trying to change the scenery. Nothing good was on, so at random, I just stuck my arm into the tv. Just for fun, I decided to look at the clocks on the screens and look away. One of them had a word, a colon and a couple of numbers. I told myself to remember the word and the numbers, because it was funny (but I couldn't). Anyways, I went to my room. everything was... different, I didn't really like it. Anyway, everything was super clear. I decided to make it clearer by shouting "Clarity Now!". Cool, now I can read the book titles! I finally ask for my dream guide. A girl cosplayed as Joy from Inside Out appeared in my room. We talked a little, became friends, and didn't really learn anything... "What was your name again?" I ask. She replies, "C'mon! You know me!" I look closely at her face to see that it looked like- My old friend Miranda! Then I remembered one of my dream goals- A date with my crush. The scenery changes to a small wooden boat with my crush on it We're sitting in the middle of the lake. Then I realized the goal was to go on a date with my crush-at the fair! I see a carnival nearby, and take my crush there (Again, I don't know how). When we get there, we go on the... Ferris wheel, I think? Gawd, I have a terrible memory when it comes to dreams. Anyways, we went on the ferris wheel and I either lost lucidity and drifted into this next dream, or woke up and fell back asleep. (oh, and at one point in the dream something was trying to hurt me, so I put my hand out, yelled "Laser beam!" and a whitish colored laser shot out of my hand. )

In this next dream, I dreamt that I was in 5th grade again. We had assemblies and stuff, and at one point we had a project where we pick a rock or gem, and tell if mining it was good or bad. For some reason in that dream, one of my old friends was pregnant.
That's what I get for reading about the world's youngest mothers.
anyways, I picked gold (although in the end I realized it was just silver painted gold.
Teacher (to me): So, is mining this silver rock good or bad?
Me: Uhh... Mining i-is good except for when you're mining for oil or something...
Blah blah, stuff happenes, well let's get to the good part.
My friend who was pregnant in the dream gets up and does a speech.
"When your pregnant, y-you get fat, and you're sick."
Okay... So, not really a speech, but still. That was funny, considering she was super skinny.

So, I think last night was amazing- but does this really mean that my friend Miranda is my dream guide?

And it isn't until just now that I realize that being on the boat would've been the perfect time to complete Basic Task II.

So first, I dreamed my cousin, her friends and I were at a toy store when we were younger. Apparently, in the dream, my aunt (who lives in Hawaii) was living in our neighborhood. I asked her if she wanted to come along to the store. She says "Sorry, I can't be in this dream, I'm busy." For some reason, I didn't realize I was in a dream, even after she said that! So we went to the toy store. Stuff happened, Blah blah, and I woke up to sleep paralysis. I think. Or a false awakening, in a drem... But everything was so in detail, but blurry. I saw one of those things that hangs up pictures. I thought it was a little hole. Anyway, I couldn't see my hands, because I couldn't move. But I felt like I could move my hands. So I did a couple of reality checks. I tried to push my finger through my other palm, and it felt like it worked, But I wasn't sure. So I closed my eyes, plugged my nose (or felt like my hands were plugging my nose) And closed my mouth. Apparently I could breathe, and I tried to move my head. I sorta figured out how, for some reason a voice in my head said to "Imagine my head is a disc, and a DJ is moving it". I tried it, and I guess it worked! I turned into a dog, and my sister into a cat, and I don't remember what happened. Then, I turned into a Zayn Malik- looking guy, and after that, I lost lucidity.-

So I had a lucid dream yesterday after laying down for a nap. It only lasted a few seconds in dream time. So, My family and I were in an environment that looked to be a cruise ship. I became lucid when I realized there were two of my sister. The one on the left pounced on me, and I woke up.
