I was wondering if I wanted to dream about something like that I was flying could I just set an alarm that while I was asleep it would say "you are flying. you are flying," and I would start dreaming about it? Would I be able to understand complex instructions like "you are in the jungle and flying," or would I not be able to force any dream at all with an audio recording even with lots of practice?
