PART 1 - ANOTHER DREAMING DREAM FRAGMENT

Essentially the same as yesterday. Had a fragment upon waking, something to do with dreaming, but lost it.

ANALYSIS

Slightly concerned I may be developing "lazy" mental habits upon waking.

Will try using the voice recorder on my MP3 player tomorrow. If I find that at all effective, I will likely invest in a proper voice activated recorder.

Will also try using a customized online alarm clock (http://www.metaclock.com/) to wake, setting it to open up a YouTube clip of the sound of rain (http://youtube.com/watch?v=k0gsduLrfSU).

While falling asleep last night, there was a moment that I felt may have been the very beginnings of a WILD. It began kinesthetically, feeling myself move through a narrow path of tall grass. I think this may be the result of doing my meditation in bed, and deep relaxation becoming associated with that position.
