Ok today is still August 30th, and I usually don't put up 2 dream journal posts in one day because I never take naps. BUT today I took a nap and I had a very strange first FULLY AWARE dream/SP state I think. Ok so here it goes:

I took a nap today, so I was sleeping and I completely forget what was going on in my dream but I remember hearing the sound of cars going by like it was some kind of city setting... Then I heard a voice and first it said "I am dreaming.." very faintly. Then I looked around because it was kind of strange..then I observed my surroundings and then I said to myself "I am dreaming..?" Then I yelled "OMG I'm DREAMING!!!" that moment that I found out I was dreaming, my heart sped up really fast and then the sound of cars passing by just completely vanished and EVERYTHING shutdown like everything went COMPLETELY black. I tried to move but i couldnt! So i was like ok I want to hear the ocean! I couldn't really hear the ocean so nothing really happened. When everything went completely black, there was no sound and my heart was racing so I think I was half asleep. And I could feel my body felt like I was in the ocean like I felt waves hitting under my body like i was drifting and floating in the sea..omg so cool...then I tried imagining the end of my last dream. I had no control but it was FREAKEN AWESOME. Just the feeling that I was FULLY aware and I KNEW I was dreaming was INCREDIBLE. Even tho everything was pitch black...and then my dad woke me up for dinner....

My conscience was fully aware. Although I couldn't see anything I fully knew that I was in a dream. I had no control, but it was a start !!!
