    1. Beach at twilight

      by , 12-23-2013 at 07:53 PM
Was on a beach at early morning / late evening, with a very atmospheric setting in twilight (the actual word, not the franchise) looking like the picture below but with a bit darker horizon.

Two guys were fooling around next to me, acting like they could push each other by an invisible power, like the force in Star Wars. One of them turned to me and acted like he pushed me with air, and I played along, acting like I was getting shot backward. For fun, I let myself fall on my back into a pool of water formed in the sand. I felt my clothes get soaked and thought what a horrible idea that was. The guys told me in a serious tone to get out of the water, there might be dangerous creeps or animals in it.

The rest of the dream is hard to remember, with only flash memories of me swimming along the shore at an incredible speed, feeling very light and comfortable, and something about a ship and some people on the shore.
    2. Small Planet Island

      by , 12-21-2013 at 01:56 PM
I dreamed that the British Museum had a large hole of limestone in the floor, which was actually a portal. When you jumped into it, you were shot out in a temple on this little planet no bigger than like 50-100 meter in diameter. Other than the temple and the cracked ruins surrounding it, the planet was largely covered by vegetation and forest, almost like a jungle, but not as tall.

When looking at the sky, you would see a MASSIVELY sized sun, about ten times the sun on our normal real life sky. The sun looked almost exactly like the picture below which I found by Google the day after having the dream. Only difference being that it was orange-yellow and there were compass markers on the sides for some reason.

      weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!-02.jpg

While discovering the planet, some people who lived there talked to me, but I don't recall what they were saying - it was probably gibberish.

    3. Epilepsy theater

      by , 11-16-2013 at 01:38 AM
In this dream there was a huge white square, much like a billboard, or a huge theater screen but outside in the middle of a valley. I sat in the grass with two other unknown people, and when I looked at this screen, it would start "overloading my senses", sending me into something similar to a seizure. To explain in other words, when I looked at the screen, it started rapidly flashing black and white square patterns, sent a weird bass pressure pattern to my ears as if it was a mix of airplane-ear-popping and having a subwoofer on each side of my head. Looking at it gave me tunnel vision and the more I looked at it, the further away it seemed and the more my vision blackened out, sending me on the verge to faint. My eyes hurt and I felt nauseous. I looked away and avoided looking at the screen for the rest of the dream, in which I didn't do much of significance.

I have a feeling this dream was inspired by an occurrence while I attempted to fall asleep; I sat up in my bed and looked at the digital clock on my TV receiver when I felt dizzy, and it started seeming like the lights from the clock were way further away.
    4. Cloudy grounds

      by , 08-26-2013 at 10:26 PM
I was walking in the fields opposite to the road by the Jernhatten hill, with my sister, brother and father. The ground is covered in snow and the air is foggy as if it were clouds, or white barely-moving smoke. I scoured off to find a place to get a bit higher up, and found a little hill which let me see above the fog. It looked like the top of an overcast when you're looking out the window of an airplane, but with trees sticking up and swirls of fog soaring upwards and dissolving. Looked very heavenly. I went back down from the hill and as the swirls of fog engulfed me, it looked like a thousand faces screaming in agony. I didn't take much notice of that, and walked onwards with my little sister. We found a tree with two chinchillas in it. I reached my hand up, and one of them jumped onto my glove. I took it down and stroked it across the back. I could feel the rough fur as my gloved hand slid across it.
    5. Wasp induced lucid dream

      by , 08-17-2013 at 03:27 PM
On the day prior to this dream, I'd been on a bus and noticed an angry looking wasp in the window, which is my ultimate terror. Usually you can run away like a bitch hoping the wasp doesn't sting you, but on a 50 minute bus ride you just have to chill and fight the urge to scream like a little girl and hope the wasp doesn't put you on its shit-list.

So after a night of drinking I should have forgotten all about the wasp, but my dream went like this:
I woke up in my bed (like most of my other dreams have started lately) and behold, the area around my bed is full of wasps. Crawling on the walls, on the pillows, on the blankets, on my face, even on my lips. I wanted to die. I had a slight notion that I was dreaming, but I never have control until I perform my reality check, and with a wasp crawling around on my face, I'd rather try to wake myself up. I attempted forcing my real eyes open, which is like a layer outside of my dream eyes - not sure how to explain it, I'm not even sure I understand it.
So I woke up, and again I was in my bed with wasps around me. At this point I was fully convinced the wasps were actually there and it wasn't a dream, but for good measure I decided to perform a quick reality check. Clenched my nose and tried to breathe, and to my surprise, it actually was a dream. I threw my covers off of me and stormed out of the room. I tried to open the skylight window on the hallway, but it was stuck. I gave it a good punch that pushed it open. I crawled out and flew away to explore.
    6. Sleep paralysis in my sleep

      by , 08-13-2013 at 07:49 PM
In one of my confusing cycles of false awakenings, there was one that stood out from the rest.
I opened my eyes to see my room. I was lying on my back. Usually I sleep on my side with my legs drawn up near my stomach, almost in fetal position, while hugging a pillow under my head. But that's not what made me suspect it was a dream. My vision was blurry, I felt vibrations in the back of my head, I heard the sound of what could be my facial muscles tensing (try making a huge grin all the way to your ears, you will hear a kind of rumbling / underwater sound). I recognized all these three signs from past experiences with sleep paralysis (or dreams of sleep paralysis) and thought knew what was coming; a bit of noise, vibrating vision and colorful hallucinations. But what I got, was the terrifying experience many people talk about. I couldn't move, and I felt a presence by the side of my bed. I was scared and wanted it to end, but I couldn't do much before I knew if it was a dream, and I had to perform a reality check for that. My reality check of choice is to clench my nose and try to breathe. Problem is, how do you do that if you can't move your hands? I fought hard to lift my hand - it felt like there were concrete blocks attached to my arm, weighing it down - and eventually I got it up to my nose. I clenched it and I could breathe! Now the dream would end for sure, like all the other times I discovered I was dreaming in the past months. But it didn't. I tried to open my real eyes (or my eyes into the next dream, I'm not sure), but they too were weighed down by concrete blocks.
I woke up in my bed again, terrified. Thought maybe I should do a reality check to make sure I was awake this time, but it felt so real I didn't bother, and slipped away, either back into sleep or into the next dream. Right now, I am not sure if I was even awake.
    7. Taking false awakening to a whole new level

      by , 08-13-2013 at 04:58 PM
Lately I've been having a lot of confusing dreams. They usually go like this: The dream starts and I find myself somewhere, often in my bed. Eventually I realize something's off and do a reality check. Seconds after I realize it's a dream, the dream puts me back in my bed and wakes me up - into a new dream. This cycle tends to go on 6 or more times, to the point where when I eventually wake up, I'm confused as hell and it takes me a minute to make sure I'm not still dreaming.
    8. Lotto

      by , 08-13-2013 at 10:46 AM
Prior to this dream I had a different dream whose plot was kind of unclear and incoherent. What I remember from it was that I walked through a street in an old power-lines-across-the-street sort of western kind of village, while keeping an eye on a shop with a danish LOTTO (lottery) sign hanging outside (http://i.imgur.com/vYhkO90.jpg), but in the dream I thought of it as a LEGO sign for some reason, I think because my head couldn't remember what it was called at the time I had the dream, so it just filled in with the next thing that came to mind.

Next dream, I was in the local Kvickly supermarket, and I had two Lotto tickets. I asked the girl behind the counter, a cute little blonde, if she could redeem them for me. She looked at me in surprise and asked where I got those, those were way old. She didn't even think people had them any more. I didn't actually know where I got them myself, so I lied and said I found them. The guy behind the counter beside her asked, where? While camping, I said without hesitation. They believed it - oh right - and looked at the tickets curiously. I asked them if they could check whether they held a prize. The girl asked me if I could wait an hour. Couldn't you just send me an SMS when you find out, I asked. Of course, she replied, can you give me your phone number? Not being able to remember any phone number of mine at the time, I said, here give me yours and I'll send you a message so you can reply to that and be sure I get the reply. She let me, and asked me if I would like to join her in the lunch room. "Sure."
    9. Counter-Strike

      by , 06-30-2013 at 05:40 AM
I dreamed that I was playing Counter-Strike in "real" life, moving with my dream body instead of controls. I forgot specifics, other than a part where I threw a flashbang through a gate, ran through and found three enemies crept up in a corner, blinded, but I won a very tough match on a map that was a mix between de_dust2 and with elements that looked like parts of a griefed Minecraft house.
    10. Visitors

      by , 06-28-2013 at 01:31 AM
Standing in my room looking out of my window on the road across the field. It's dark and it's snowing heavily. I see front lights paving the way for a bus. I know that there will be two girls, one of which I knew a long time ago and the other her friend, getting out of that bus to come hang out with me. I wonder why the bus doesn't stop by the red house at the road going down the hill to my driveway, and instead just keeps driving out of sight. A few seconds later, I see it reversing back up to the red house and the two girls get off. I watch the two from my window as I get more and more anxious. I turn the light out in my room so they won't see me spying, but I am quickly distracted by my bedroom being a mess. In panic I clear as much of the mess I can in a hurry and notice I'm wearing old unacceptable clothes. I try to be calm trying to find proper clothes to put on as my mother calls from the bottom of the stairs "Mikkel I think you have guests", while on the inside I'm spiraling down into a pool of awkward anxiety, almost at the edge of having an anxiety attack.

When I get down in the living room, a long table has been set up and the two girls are sitting by the end. I reach out to give the brunette - the one I knew once - a hug, when she had awkwardly reached out her hand for a handshake. "Oh well okay" she says and laughs. I sense she's just as awkward and confused as I am, while her friend just seems kind of sulky. I sit down facing the brunette, our eyes catch and I wake up.
    11. Delve into hell

      by , 06-26-2013 at 02:22 AM
I dreamed that outside my room which is on the first floor, everything was dark, and you had a strong feeling of something watching you, almost like ghosts creeping around the hallway with malicious intents. There were people with me, but I don't remember who, and I don't remember our conversations. I walk down the stairs and come to the floor below. The feeling of being watched is stronger and grows more toward the feeling of being chased. The air gets more dense, the light in this hallway is slightly more of a red tone instead of the nightly dark blue tone. I start seeing corpses and carcasses, bloody rib-cages ripped open with the limbs torn off, lying around. A guy I'm with says we shouldn't go deeper. We go deeper anyways, down the next flight of stairs. As we go deeper, the place becomes more horrifying. More violent carcasses, red hellish lighting, and you can almost see and feel the malicious spirits move around in the air, gazing at us. We start hearing the screams of people getting murdered. Bones and carcasses still lay scattered around, like some messy slaughterhouse dealing with humans, except the place looked more and more like a cavern and was too dark to see far. A guy I'm with says: "We should stop here. If we go any further, the ones with four eyes will appear, and any further than that, they will tear our limbs off." I'm curious what those four-eyed things would be, so I want to keep going, before I come to the sudden realization that the corpses, carcasses and bodyparts weren't just brought here for decoration; something might do that to us. "Alright let's get out of here." I say, and we rush up the staircases, panicking more and more until we get back into my room and close the door.
    12. Hot air balloon

      by , 06-23-2013 at 09:23 PM
Dreamed that I found a white plastic bag, which was shaped like it had some papers in it.
From that plastic bag, I pulled out a backpack.
From that backpack, I pulled out a hot air balloon.
Everyone on the beach was mirin' my hot air balloon.
A cute brunette came up and talked to me. Took that bitch for a ride.

      Very lovely dream
    13. Field of view glitch

      by , 06-17-2013 at 11:07 PM
I walk into the bus by the side of the road at the McDonald's cross in Grenå, say good day to the bus driver and the bus drives off. Weird thing is, it's like my dream "camera" is stuck on the pavement. Since my body has driven off with the bus, I am unable to move and can only look around. I find that kind of weird, think it might be a dream, so I look around. Could it be a dream? Nah, everything looks too normal, especially the traffic-ridden roads and those moody-looking twins walking along the other side of the road like a mirrored version of each other. No way that's a dream.
    14. Fruit booth

      by , 06-16-2013 at 12:10 AM
I was setting up a small booth with fruit from the garden, by the road behind our barn. Filled it with strawberries and cherries. A passing woman said "you need to put some coffee and cake in there too", so I walked around the barn to our front yard where how fortunately, my mom had put some cake up for me to use. Cut to me walking along the road behind our barn, when a mechanical insect scatters across the driveway in which my father is standing, watching.
    15. Let down

      by , 06-12-2013 at 09:55 AM
Dreamed I was in some place for singles to meet. Eyed some girl whom I spoke to. She looked at me but looked like she had nothing to respond with. She walked toward me, and in my dreamy state I thought she weas going to hug me, but she stepped to the side to hug a guy behind me instead and left with him. Felt extremely bummed out. The dream printed a clear message in my head, almost like solid letters: "You are not attractive and you are incredibly uninteresting on first contact encounters. Do something about it."
