The following entries were all during a nap from around 3:30pm to 6pm. Keep in mind that my first lucid dream was also during a nap, and in this one I remembered more dreams than I typically do in one night.

Dream 1
Was talking with a friend who wanted to work for me (?) which is funny because I don't have a business of any sort. Somehow we got to talking about the Super Bowl and I told him that I couldn't care less about the Super Bowl. Short dream.

Dream 2
Was going out to eat with my parents in a sort of mini-mall with three stores: one being the restaurant and the other two being a coffee shop and Barnes and Noble. My dad was going to reserve us a seat and asked my mom to get him a coffee while he did that, so I asked my mom if I could go get a book in the meantime. As a result of my lucid dream obsession lately, the book I had in mind was "Exploring Lucid Dreaming" by Steven LaBerge. I'm planning on getting that in real life soon, but the last time I was in Barnes and Noble I didn't know about that book but was indeed looking for lucid dreaming books, which I couldn't find and was too embarrassed to ask a clerk about it, and all the search computers there are for just the clerks to use. Anyways, upon entering the section of the mall where the book store is, a clerk told me that they were closed, but I knew for some reason that she just said that, when I asked when they close at she said 8:15, it was 8:08 , should have been a cue that I was dreaming.

Anyways, I was going to go down the stairs into the main area, but it looked massive and I didn't want to happen what happened when I went searching for lucid dreaming books in real life, getting odd looks entering the "Self Help" section, infested with only middle aged women. So instead I looked for computers to tell me what section the book was in, as this way I could get in, get my book, and get out quickly. I found a circle of computers, but they didn't have the usual Barnes and Noble search program they have all the computers on there, but instead it was just running a regular Windows OS (I think 2000, the one with the bottom menu gray). I didn't find my book so I nervously asked a clerk as I was running out of time. She directed me to the place and I found a different lucid dreaming book what was similar to what I was looking for.

I don't remember checking out my book at the register, but going back to the restaurant and looking down at the book in the see-through bag they give you, so I must have paid at some point :P. When I looked at the book, this time it was the Steven LaBerge book and not the one I had bought! This should have been a clear cut dream cue, just goes to show you how bad I am at this...

Dream 3
My friend was asking me for his running shoes back (we're both on cross-country team and I borrowed his shoes on Thursday when he wasn't there because I forgot mine [irl]), we were right next to my locker and I opened them up and gave them to him. He was then telling me about how he was upset that I did this because he needed them, and then I explained to him that he didn't need them because we didn't have practice Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and it was Monday, so he wouldn't have ever needed them in between. He stopped arguing, as if he was just making sure I was paying attention or something.

Dream 4
This dream was really odd, and I only remember parts of it which don't seem to fit together well. I was with a friend who isn't all that bright. We were in some sort of odd but mystical world that felt to be inhabited by evil presence of some sort. Anyways, there were these objects that we needed to break for some reason. One looked like a stone bowl, another two were like these plant pots made of cement that were sort of decorative, and the third was like a wooden palate that forklift things carry.

We tried two things, throwing them on the ground and hitting them with a hammer, but I deduced that because they were "shape-shifters" we needed to do both at once to break them, which worked to an extent but the timing was all off, which doesn't make any sense. All I remember was that the timing was off, but we were slowly breaking up one of the palates but couldn't entirely because the timing was off. Another odd but funny part was that as I was trying to break it, my not so bright friend was attempting to use slices of white bread to hold it together. Really odd.

Boy, do I have weird dreams, which also aren't very exciting. I wanted to nap because I had my first lucid the last time I napped around this time. Why is it that I dream more during naps? And why do they also seem more vivid? Just wish I could have another lucid.
