Short lucid and more flying attempts

    Lucid

I was walking with my dad down a sandy road with buildings either side. I suddenly become aware that I'm dreaming, I think through doing an awareness exercise in my thoughts. I go on all fours and run like that because it's faster, and my body seems perfectly adapted to run like that.
People started running away and screaming because evidently I'd turned into some kind of beast which could run on its legs and fists. There was a sexy asian lady running away directly in front of me and I caught up and pushed her over. And then I did something I'm proud of myself for. I told myself not to waste another lucid on sex and turned away.
Behind me was the corridor of my house in Poland, so I ran down it, a human again. At the living room I turned right and saw the front door. I knew it was summer outside because there were windows all around, so I concentrated on there being a desert behind our front door, rushed to it and opened it. What I saw instead was our snow-covered front garden, because for some reason my mind seems to have big trouble leaving my house and the surrounding area in my lucids.
I think, "nevermind" and go outside, remember that I need to stabilise lucids (haven't had some for a while) and I throw myself onto the ground and feel all over it, inspecting a grassy patch on the ground. After a few seconds I get back up and think it'd be cool to do something I haven't tried in lucids before, and I remember that super strength is one of the dream powers I read about on DV. I grab the big metal flag pole in the middle of our front garden and pull it out of the ground, then I proceed to toss it across the garden. Not satisfied, I then uproot the tree in the middle of the garden too and throw it about fifteen metres across the garden as well, feeling exceedingly badass.
Then one of my family members points to one of the neighbouring houses so I decide to try to jump on its roof, which is about three storeys up and about 20 metres away. I already suspect it's not going to work, since I have massive trouble with flying in my dreams. Of course, probably partly due to my expectation, when I jump up I only fly up about 3 metres and drop back down on the ground. I try again with the same effect.
Then I wake up in my hallway and lose lucidity to a false awakening.
