After learning some dream yoga meditations, I wanted to give my brain some time to wrap its head around these meditations before I started doing them. I learned some meditation methods, such as mindful breathing, and I used them before January 2018 for me to have quality dream recall. On January 1, 2018, I decided not to use any meditation before sleeping. The dreams were too blurry for my taste, thus concluding that meditations are necessary for lucidity.
