Ok well over the past few months I have been having horrible recall. I feel frustrated since all of my life I have had pretty good dream recall except a few years in my 20s . I have always been able to ld except for that time frame either. I also have always had insomnia
This is my new annoyance I get to sleep I even know that I have been lucid. I wake up I lay down not moving recalling my dream so I can jump up and write it down then the oddest thing happens the second I move my head I lose all of it . I know i have been having dreams and even been lucid I know they revolve around my recurring dream places but I can not remember the actual dreams. I get lucky and sometimes get some fragments
todays fragment was me telling someone my name was something like atlantis ? Why thats not my name and I knew I felt strongly about it and really wanted the guy to know my name.
anyways I feel like I am not meant to remember my dreams right now or something
