Sleep – 11:15pm Wake ups – 3:40am Finial wake up – 6:30am WBTB – 3:40am-3:50am Non-Lucid Lucid Not-Dream - I was driving a car around a car park. The car park was pretty much full and I couldn’t find anywhere to park. As I was driving down a lane the car stops responding to what I tell it to do. It then starts to control its self. It then started to spin around on the spot. I noticed that this shouldn’t be able to happen as there definitely wasn’t enough room to do this a second ago as the nearby cars were too close. I figured that this was a dream and too check it I did the nose pinch RC. As I expected I could breathe through it and I became completely lucid. I tried to get the car to stop moving but I woke up as I was trying. I looked over to my alarm clock and noticed that I should have been up about an hour ago. I rushed up and went to go make a quick breakfast. As I was running down the stairs I woke up again. (I thought to myself that I thought I just woke up. I did a quick RC and found out that this wasn’t a dream and that must have been a FA.) - I was in my kitchen getting myself ready to go out as I was going to run a shop my dad had bought. I could hear my brother and sister arguing about something upstairs.
Sleep – 12:35am Wake ups – 5:35am Finial wake up – 10:30am WBTB – 5:35am-5:55am I was being chased by a woman with a gun through my school. She was trying to kill me and was shooting at me as I ran away. She hit a few other students but didn’t seem to care and carried on shooting. I ran outside and nearly ran into a metal table. I decided to pick up the table, which was extremely light and use it as a shield. It worked perfectly and no bullets went through it.
Spoiler for Dream: Non-Lucid Lucid Not-Dream 6th February 2013 Sleep – 11:10pm Wake ups – N/A Finial wake up – 6:30am WBTB – 3:40am-3:45am Spoiler for Dream: - I was at school. Two of the teachers there were arguing about whether I should still be alive. - I was in a taxi with another guy. He was threating me to not leave the taxi unless he says so. He never told me his name. The taxi driver told us that the trip will cost a total of £25.00. The guy nodded and we set off. After a couple of minutes the taxi stopped. I gave the taxi driver a £5 note. I told said “I’m getting out of here”. I opened the taxi door and started running. The guy tried to grab my arm but missed and I got away. After about 10 meters I turned around and the guy was stealing a bike that was chained to a fence nearby. Another guy went up to the first guy (I will call him ‘Guy A’ from now on) and told him to stop what he was doing. He told him that this was his territory and only he could steal from here. Guy A punched the other guy in the face and carried on stealing the bike. I turned around and started running as fast as I could. I ran for about 5 minutes before I heard something behind me. I looked around and noticed I was now in a place that I recognised. I was near my house. Behind me I noticed that I was being followed by a guy on a bike. This wasn’t Guy A. I could see that at the end of the road Guy A was running after me. The Guy on the bike was now next to me but was paying no attention to me. I looked down and I now was carrying a can of paint in my right hand. I asked the guy on the bike if he would throw this paint on the floor to slow Guy A down. He agreed and I threw him the can of paint. He caught it and then threw it to the ground as hard as he could. The paint can exploded into green paint which covered the entire road. There was now about ½ a foot of paint covering the road and pavement. It was now really hard to run and I slowed down. I looked behind me and both of them had fallen over and were now struggling to get back up. I turned back around and tried to carry on running. It was too hard to I had to stick with walking. I heard something behind me. It sounded close and I turned around. Guy A had caught up with me somehow and was now about 5 meters away. He was threating to kill me now if I didn’t stop. I felt like I was near a safe place that I could hide from this guy. I tried to run again and fund it a little easier to do so. I tripped over and went face first into the paint. As I got back up, everything started to change. The colours started to fade and objects started to change their shape. I looked behind me and Guy A was standing about 3 meters away from me. He had the evilest look in his eyes that I had ever seen. - My family was getting ready to go to a food judging competition. My dad had entered with a dish. We put all the food into a box in which we put into the back of my dad’s car. We drove their which took about 10 minutes. As we arrived I noticed that one of my teachers had entered as well. My dad parked the car and we all went inside. I saw my teacher again and noticed that he was carrying a plastic bag with only loafs of bread in it. (I’m not sure what happened next) We were now running out of the building. There was a lot of panic and I could hear people screaming. My grandma had collapsed and two girls were unconscious. My sister had been injured and her right leg was gone. My brother was carrying her to the car. I opened the door for him and inside the car was a massive white cat. It was about as big as me. - I was outside, sneaking about. I was on my street and it was the middle of the night. I went back to my house and was surprised that my sister was till awake in the kitchen. She asked me where I had been. 7th February 2013 Sleep – 10:25pm Wake ups – N/A Finial wake up – 6:30am WBTB – N/A Spoiler for Dream: - There was a lottery going on at school. There were 3 different tiers that I could enter. Tier 3 you won the most money and Tier 1 you won the least money. However, the higher Tiers cost more money to enter. One of the tiers gave you £50,000 if you won. - I was having my first driving lesson. - There was something to do with a large dog - I was in my back garden with my dad. I was training to become a 3rd level ninja. 13th February 2013 Sleep – 10:40pm Wake ups – 1:00am Finial wake up – 6:30am WBTB – N/A Spoiler for Dream: - I was in a small village, on top of a large hill. It had a river that flowed through it. The village had a really strange name that I struggled to pronounce. There were large wooden walls surrounding the village. I heard people talking about how it was dangerous to leave the village because of the bandits roaming the outside. I heard one women say that there is a safe way to get to the next village nearby. She called the route ‘The Pain’. She said that after the river left the village it split into two different routes and the left route took you to the nearby village. I decided to go and investigate the route called ‘The pain’ and see how it got its name. I walked to the exit of the village and walked over to where the river split. It was about 10 meters from the village walls. I jumped in the left river route and as soon as I touched the water, the current dragged me away. The river was going in a perfectly straight line downhill. It looked natural and not man made. I got to the end of the river. It was a small pond that was connected to a much larger lake nearby by a small canal. The small pond was in the centre of a village. I climbed out onto a stone path. A women nearby was asking people to help her but no one would. I walked up to her to see what was wrong. She said that she wanted to decorate the part of the river called ‘The pain’. I asked her what she was going to decorate it with and she said that she need a lot of a flower called ‘Daffodil Hurtlock’ She said that the flower had white petals and a yellow centre. 14th February 2013 Sleep – 11:10pm Wake ups – N/A Finial Wake up – 6:30am WBTB – 3:40am-3:45am Spoiler for Dream: - Me, Kane and Brady are walking from school to Morrison’s. Kane was complaining that he couldn’t see very far because of all the fog. Me and Brady were confused because we couldn’t see any fog and could see fine. I noticed that I couldn’t change whether I could see fog and how far the fog was from me. I could do this using sheer willpower. Sleep – 10:40pm Wake ups – N/A Finial wake up – 6:30am WBTB – 3:40am-3:45am Non-Lucid Lucid Not-Dream Dream - It was a couple of days before I broke up for Christmas. I was at school and it had been snowing a lot. There was about 6 ½ feet of snow. School was still open and instead of clearing the snow, they just left it. So everyone had to walk on top of the snow and climb into the building through windows in the roof. I was walking along outside when I noticed two people standing on top of the roof that was about 4 feet higher than the snow. They were throwing cubes of snow at people below them. No one was retaliating against them. I picked up some snow and started throwing it at them. People started telling me “No! You can’t be doing that!” I ignored these comments and carried on. I started to get bored so I ran up and jumped onto the roof they were standing on. I kicked all the snow off the roof and the two people got really angry at me. They complained that it was precious snow. So I jumped off the roof and back on top the snow. As I landed the snow beneath me gave way and I fell into it. I was now in a hole that went right down to the concrete of the actual floor. The walls of snow around me were bigger than me and I could hear people laughing. I tried to climb out but I could barely move my legs. I started to panic. Suddenly the snow around me moved away and formed a path like this picture. Dream Fragment 1 - I was following around a teacher that was looking for a bible. There was no snow so I think this was a separate dream. Dream Fragment 2 - I was giving some people a tour of my house. Dream Fragment 3 - I was looking down at my phone. It had a case on it that made the phone look twice as big as it was. Also on top of the phone was a foam cube that was stuck to the case.
2nd February 2013 Sleep – 10:50pm Wake ups – 6:25am Finial Wake up – 9:00am WBTB – 6:25am-6:40am Dream I was walking down a road alongside a park. I can hear a baby crying from the park. I looked over, into the park and all I can see is a women, with a bottle in one hand, who appeared to be drunk standing on the grass. The baby’s cry seemed to come from the women’s direction. I got concerned for the baby and went over to her. I figured that the woman was in no state to care for the baby so I would take her and the baby somewhere safer. As I walked up to the women I noticed the baby was at the women’s feet. The women noticed me walking towards her and she started to panic. She started shouting at me “It wasn’t me” and “It’s not even mine” while pointing at the baby with her free hand. I looked down at the baby and saw that the baby had some sort of object sticking in to its head. It looked like the handle off something. There was no blood. I picked up the baby and noticed that something was written on its forehead. In a blue ink “2806 19/03/__” The last part looked like a date but I couldn’t figure out what the last two numbers were. I knew I had to get the baby to a hospital soon. The baby was still crying. I noticed that the baby couldn’t move its neck either. I knew that the nearest hospital was up a massive hill nearby. I started running for the hill with the baby in my arms and the women stayed where she was. I started to shout for help to the nearby people but. Everyone refused to give me help when they saw the baby. They would run up to me to see what was wrong, but when they saw the baby they refused to even be associated with me. Finally a woman agreed to help me and ran into her house to get her car keys. 3rd February 2013 Sleep – 10:45pm Wake ups – 7:25am Final Wake up – 8:20am WBTB – N/A (Forgot to put phone on charge so alarm didn’t go off) Dream 1 I was at a Chinese restaurant ordering some food. While I was waiting for my food I started to have a conversation with them. There were 3 of them, a farther and daughter and another guy unrelated to them. They were all Chinese. I noticed that they worked in the dark and I asked them about it. They said that in china there isn’t much light and in England there was. They wanted to work in a place that felt like home. Dream 2 I was in a massive shop that sold everything. I was disguised as a cleaner there. I was trying to place a recorder in to the pillows of the beds that were on sale. I started to put some of the recorders I had in my pocket into the pillows when 2 actual cleaners turned up. They told me to get back to doing actual work. They told me to go change the sheets of the beds. They then both left and I started to change the sheets on the beds. I replaced the plain white sheet with a brown sheet with strange symbols on them. Dream fragment 1 I was in a supermarket and looking for a box of chocolates. I couldn’t find them so I asked a member of staff and she couldn’t find them either. Dream fragment 2 I was on my laptop sitting on the floor of my room. I was viewing Dreamviews. 4th February 2013 Sleep – 12:30am Wake ups – N/A Finial wake up – 6:15am WBTB – N/A (Only going to get just under 6 hours of sleep anyway so there was no point) No dream recall.

Sleep – 9:20pm Wake ups – N/A Finial Wake up – 6:30am WBTB – 4:40am-4:50am - I almost had a successful WILD last night without intentionally meaning to. I went to bed earlier than normal at about 9:20pm because I felt really tired. Just as I was at the edge of falling asleep I remembered that I need to tell a friend something tomorrow. I was remembering exactly what I need to tell him when my whole body instantly felt numb. I knew this was my body going to sleep from past experiences. I knew that WILD's before sleep are usually quite poor but I figured I would have a go now since it had already started. I started doing my usually routine of counting my breaths but it wasn't really working. So I tried something new that I remembered reading on one of the WILD guides. I started to do basic maths problems like 36 x 78. Something that would make me thing about it but not too hard that I can't do in my head. After a few minutes of doing this I started to see some shapes appear and then disappear. I managed to keep myself calm during this which is a huge improvement. Then a huge screen like that in a cinema faded into my vision. It was quite blurry. Then I started seeing peoples head appear before the screen all looking at the screen. The peoples head gradually got more detailed but it was dark because the only light was from the projector above me. A man stood up and turned around. He had long hair that I think was brown. He was wearing sunglasses but I could tell that he was looking at me. Then everyone started to stand up, turn around and look at me. I could just tell that I wasn't actually part of this dream because I couldn't move or look around. I was observing the dream from the outside I tried to enter the dream but I couldn't. I tried for what must have been 10 minutes without any luck. It was at this point where I knew I wasn't getting anywhere and gave up. I woke myself up and wrote this down before going to sleep normally. I attempted another WILD when I woke up naturally at 4:40. I did a 10 minute WBTB. This WILD was completely usefulness. I just lay there for about 30 minutes without anything happening. I gave up and tried to just go to sleep normally - A lot of people from my year at school were camping in a massive caravan it was big enough to easily house 30 people. Whenever we started to make too much noise a teacher that I knew walked in and would shut “Shut Up!”. We all went outside because it was sunny and quite warm. Some people started to bring round food on trays. One person near me had a tray full of cheeseburgers. I picked one up and ate it. It tasted amazing. A friend of mine started complaining to me that he didn’t get a cheeseburger. - I was on another planet and was lost. I was looking for my space ship. It was at night and everything looked blue. Out of nowhere an alien space ship flew above me and stop above where I was. Then an alien voice but speaking English came from the ship. It asked me what I was doing out here. I told them I was just looking for my spaceship and I asked them if they could help me. They then complained that it would take a lot of power but agreed. I was then teleported to the inside of my spaceship. My spaceship was a large sphere and in the middle was the generator. However the generator wasn’t powering anything because its fuel cell was missing. It was pretty dark inside there and I couldn’t see much. I picked up a fuel cell from a nearby shelf and put it into the generators fuel cell slot. That was on top of it. The generator was also sphere and it started to glow blue. It lit up the rest of the ship in a blue glow. The generator then shot out the fuel cell and powered off again. I got annoyed and went to go pick up the fuel cell. I jammed the fuel cell into its slot in the generator but some sort of force was stopping it. I got really angry at this and started trying to force it into the generator. It then shot the fuel cell with me holding on to it across the room. - I walked up stairs and into my bedroom. When I opened the door both of my parents were there putting up posters. The posters were advertising everything from games to chairs. I saw a fable 4 poster on my wall near my bed and ripped it down. I then said to my parents “No Fable 3 was a bad game” and then threw the ripped up poster into the bin. - I was in my living room holding a letter that was addressed to both me and my brother.

Sleep – 12:40am Wake Ups – 3:40am Finial Wake up – 6:30am WBTB – N/A - I was trying to catch a spider/ a fly with a glass cup. The spider/fly was jumping/flying around my room. - I was sitting in the passenger seat of a car. Someone I know was driving the car but I can’t remember who. I was looking out of the window looking for something that I could take and then trade for something else.
Sleep – 11:00pm Wake Ups – I woke up about 5 times throughout the night but didn’t write them down. Finial Wake up – 10:15am WBTB – 5:00am-5:10am - I was at school in my engineering class. We were using a program that simulated managing a space station. I was called over to the front of the class where I had to show Tom, Kane, Jordan and Meghan how to use a 3D CAD program called Solidworks. I started with drawing out a shape and then making it into 3D. However whenever I tried to draw a straight lin, it would instead draw a random shape.
Sleep – 11:55pm Wake ups – 1:44am Finial Wake up – 8:30am WBTB – N/A - I was walking down a street at night. It was snowing and I was in a time before electricity had been invented. The street was quite busy and a lot of people were stuffing things under their house to stop it sinking into the floor I heard someone say. One man was carrying a pumpkin around. The pumpkin was carved out and had a lit candle in it like Halloween. He walked past me and into a house. I heard behind me “They’ve stolen the family coal.” - I was at a big wooden house in the middle of nowhere. I climbed onto the roof and then proceed to run and jump onto the different levels of roof there was.
Sleep – 10:45pm Wake ups – 2:45am Finial wake up – 6:30am WBTB – N/A - I was installing something called ‘e-wires’ into the ground. - I was round a friend’s house. I was looking at what books he had and they were really strange looking books. - I was teaming up with someone to steal car keys from a person’s house. - I was at the zoo with a couple of friends. - It was snowing lightly but the floor was already covered with snow. I walked up some steps and sat at a table up there. The floor starts moving and it turns out the table was ontop of a van that had started driving off.
Sleep – 10:40pm Wake ups – 2:15am Finial Wake up – 7:20am WBTB + WILD – 3:25am-3:53am and 6:30am-7:00am - I was sat at my computer looking at the news for anything related to children escaping from being killed. I felt immense joy whenever I did. One I found was a royal Japanese family escaping from execution. - My sister was talking to my parents about buying some walking boots in the kitchen. - I was in my kitchen talking to my brother. He was talking about how he bought loads of chees. He told me that him, my sister and my parents all bought 800g of cheese. - I was sitting in my room when I got a phone call. I answered it and a male voice came through asking me if I wanted to be part of a secret group that would be called into emergency situations .I accepted. My brother, me and someone else were chosen to form this secret. We got called into somewhere in the north of Scotland and we were in the middle of England. We decided to drive there. I was wearing a shirt that was slightly transparent. - I was watching Vegeta and Nappa (from Dragon Ball Z) land on an alien planet. They got out of there space ships (that were the same ones they used in DBZ) and they started to explore the planet. The planet was mostly red and the water was slightly red but not much. Nappa fell into a small pool of water that was quite deep. Vegeta helped him out with a large stick that he found nearby. They were the attacked by some aliens. The aliens were about half a meter tall, black with red writing on them. Vegeta seemed to know that the writing on them were passwords to everything. The aliens could morph into any shape they wanted to. One of the aliens morphed into a creature with 8 legs in one row along its body. - I was in Tesco with a couple of friends buying some food. Also in the shop were quite a lot of people I know from school. On some of the shelves they were selling dolls about 10cm tall of people I know. I picked up a bag of sweets. The bag was black and it contained sweets that fit together like a puzzle. I put them down and picked up something else instead. To pay for an item you had to go up some stairs and onto the roof. Then there would be a staff member sitting on the roof facing you and you had to wait until they called your name. When they did you had to the walk up to them and pay for your food. I thought this was stupid and pointless but I was feeling nervous about it at the same time. - I was in Morrison’s and I was buying some food for dinner. On random products someone had stuck a piece of paper with a picture to them. Stuck to all cans of cat food was a square piece of white paper with a picture of a velociraptor on it. I picked up something from the shelf and started walking past some checkouts that had long lines. I found one that didn’t have anyone queuing for it. I walked up to it and behind the checkout was a woman flipping a 50p coin around across the checkout. I gave her my food to scan and it came to £1. I gave her a £5 note and she gave me my change. I walked to the exit where for some reason my parents were waiting with a staff member. I instantly felt nervous and wondered why they were here. They had a look on their face like I had done something bad. I walked up to them and they asked what I had bought. They also asked about the meal deal. I started to explain it to them. - Me and a couple of friends were at some sort of theme park. I could see other people walking around. We walked around for a bit. We came to a strange object. It was a sphere on top of a pole. The pole was about a meter wide and a meter long. It was about 10 meters tall and the sphere was about 3 meters tall. The pole was grey and made on concrete and the sphere was blue with white strips around it. The sphere had smaller spheres (about the size of my fist) sticking out of it. The pole had small circles cut out of it. I jumped up and managed to jump high enough to grab one of these. I let go and fell back down. One of my friends said this was all fake. I looked through one of the circles cut out of the pole. It showed me the theme park we were in but without any one in it but us. I then knew that this was fake. The manager walked through a door and was really angry. He confirmed that this theme park was indeed fake. He pushed a button and the sphere on top of the pole started moving. It was a nuclear bomb. Just before it could be launched, a woman appeared and kicked it. This disabled it. - I was melting gold in acid baths. The gold had to go through 5 acid baths before it was fully melted.

Sleep – 9:53pm Wake up – 2:20am Finial wake up – 6:30am WBTB – 3:25am-4:00am WILD attempt I failed. Got to the stage where I couldn’t feel my body and shapes started to appear but I can’t hold that feeling for long and it soon disappears. Dream The world was ending soon. It was going to explode in a couple of weeks. Me and about 20 other people started to build a spaceship to escape. It didn’t take us long to build a spaceship that flew. It was completely round with a few windows. I was chosen to test fly it. I took off fine and flew around for a bit. Everything went well. When trying to land it I crashed it into the floor quite hard. It took us a while to repair it. We got it to work again.
Sleep – 10:45pm Wake ups – N/A Finial Wake up – 6:30am WBTB – N/A - My brother was training for the army or some sort of military force. He came home covered in mud and started telling me what he did that day. - I was doing my homework on my laptop in my room. I was listening to music while doing this. I was drawn to the window for some reason. When I looked out the window I saw a woman on the roof across the street yelling at a man on the ground. They looked like they were in an intense argument. - I was having dinner around someone’s house. Everyone else there was part of a family and I was the only one not related to them. They were all sad because their mum/wife had died recently.
Sleep – I think between 11:00pm-12:00am Wake ups – N/A Finial Wake up – 6:30am WBTB – N/A I was at school and I was going to a maths lesson. I walked into the room that I normally have maths in. There was a different class in there. It was called something along the lines of social studies. I asked the teacher where my class were but she just looked at me puzzled. She then started going on about I either need to join a social studies class or do a maths exam. I chose to do the maths exam. I looked down into my bag to get a pen and when I looked up the teacher had changed into another teacher. This was another female teacher and she carried on the conversation like she had always been there. I then noticed, out of the window, that it had started to snow.
