    First Nose-Pinch Lucid Success (Lucid)

I had just finished innocently flirting with a beautiful girl from my old high school, and I was on my way home to take a shower. Upon arriving to a gorgeous mansion with modern architecture that my dream logic told me was my step moms house, I walked around and explored a bit because I didn't know where the shower was. I was only in a towel at this point, and finally I realized that my step mom was watching me as she dried off on the couch with a towel on as well. After a few super tense and awkward moments, I asked if I could use the shower; to which she replied "Yes, I'm leaving at 3."

I thanked her and went upstairs into what I thought was the bathroom, but it turned out to be the master bedroom. Frustrated that I couldn't find it, I sat down on the bed and took a second to gather my thoughts. I realized that I felt weird, and that this house didn't really seem like one I would live in. I tried passing my fingers through my hands and failed. I was about to sit up when I realized I should try another reality check. I pinched my nose, and I couldn't breath...

    But I persisted...

And finally... Fwoosh! Air began to flow in and out of my nose, even though I had it pinched tight. It was the strangest feeling ever, but it was very pleasant; almost like popping a zit or clearing your sinuses... A pleasant release of pressure. Upon gaining lucidity, it became night outside, and it was rather dark inside the house. I wanted very badly to interact with my step mom's DC, to see what she would be like, but something in the back of my mind said she isn't there anymore, and thus she wasn't. Come to think of it though, she had said that she was leaving at three, and now that the sun was down, maybe my subconscious had made her leave, like she said she would.

I popped back into the bedroom to find tons of kids toys and small bits covering the bed. I couldn't remember the TOTM, so I decided to try to fall asleep within a dream, which I hear makes you have much better clarity and control. I began to clean the bed off, but it was super dark, so I went to turn the light switch on. Instead of turning on the lights, however, the sun whizzed back over the horizon and it became day. In hindsight, I wonder if my stepmother would have been back...

I continued to clear the bed until I sadly lost lucidity; but it was a pretty uninteresting scenario so I wasn't too upset.

This lucid dream came on the heels of 3 nights attempting the SSILD technique, and waking up twice during the night to do an SSILD WBTB.
