Mah Journal

I was on some stage. There was some sort of recital going on. A violin player started playing Summertime. I was singing the words quietly to myself. Then, I looked up, and there was this random Asian guy staring at me. For some reason this encouraged me to sing, and I sang the rest of the first verse loud enough that everyone could hear.

Once I had done the first verse, I think the music stopped. I briefly remember running away somewhere behind stage. I think AR was there. We were running around backstage together.

Then I somehow ended up back outside the stage, but rather down one of the little hallways in between. Now it seemed to me as if the place were a church. EL and another guy were there. I randomly started singing the second verse of Summertime. EL and the other guy just looked at me funny, and when I had finished, laughed to themselves. I knew it had sounded bad, and I ran away, totally embarrassed. I wished so badly that I hadn't done that. Then the dream ended.
