Recidul

I am just outside our house. There is a man with a scorpion. Its stinger is removed, but it still has the pincers. The man dares me to let the scorpion pinch my finger. I think I let him do that. Vladimir Horowitz appears. He lets the scorpion pinch himself. There is a grand piano in our front yard. Horowitz starts pushing towards our house. Finally he is running and pushing the piano in front of him. I have to grab the piano and stop it. We find a perfect place for it, but soon I notice that the piano is threatening to fall down the bank. We move the piano to our garage. I notice that is has turned into an upright piano. We busy around the piano for some time. Horowitz leaves the garage and goes into our house. I follow him. He goes to the sitting room ands sits on a sofa. I sit next to him. We talk for a while. I realize that Horowitz has been dead for years so this must be a dream. Well, even though this is a dream, I can ask him to play something. I summon a Steinway grand piano. I go to the piano. The keys seems to be in their right places, though one b-flat is a little bit too short. I play a chromatic scale quickly to test the sound and to get the keys in their places. I notice that the piano is actually a fake Mexican Steinway. I wave my hand over the text. Now Horowitz won't notice a thing. He is leaving now. I ask him to play something, but he doesn't pay attention. "Have you ever heard Richter doing this when asked to play something?", I ask him and play a d minor chord (the joke is that I did play something, even though it wasn't a piece). He starts laughing and leaves. I sit on the sofa, thinking what to do next. Just as I decide to do a task of the year, the dream ends.
