Adventures in Dreamland

Something about Movie Gallery, there's a mirror world you can get to using a cannon-portal? There's a very starry dreamscape. It's very pretty.

I'm a detective assigned to a missing person case. The person who was missing was a girl named Ahri. (I'm not sure if it was just a girl that looked a lot like Ahri from LoL or if I subconsciously translated what she would look like irl. Either way, it wasn't the same character.)

I head off and do some investigating. I learn that she had been seen by someone some time ago, doing something that I can't remember.

I'm getting off of a sort of pseudo-subway train, heading to a club. I get in somehow (probably just telling who I was,) and I get a lot of nasty looks from the club's members, as if I was there to arrest every single one of them. Everyone in the club is dressed up very nice. I go into a room in the back. I explain to everyone that I am a detective, and asked nicely if they would all line up against the wall so I could ask questions. I go around just looking at everyone, passing by Ahri without much thought. One guy starts trash-talking me, saying that he would beat the shit out of me and such. I just ignore him and continue. After I get about 3/4 of the way through, I go back to Ahri and look at her closely.

"What's your name?" I ask her, squinting my eyes to get a better look at her. Everything is so blurry.

"Ahri," she responds cooperatively.

"No she's not!" the man beside her blurts out, looking worried. The man was involved in the case somehow. His name had Nine in it, but I don't remember his full name so I'll just call him Nine. I nod and put my hand on her back, leading her out of the room.

"If you would come with me..." I say politely, and she cooperates. Once we get outside, I decide that I can probably get Nine to come with us too.

"You can get your 'Anon' friend to come with us, too, if you'd like," I mention. Ahri opens the door and motions for someone to follow. The guy who threatened me walks out, and I shoot Ahri a glare.

"Very funny," I say to Ahri, then turn to the man. "I'm sorry for wasting your time, sir." Ahri and I get on the subway-train-thing.

I ask her if she knows who Nine is, and she says that he's her friend. I ask if she knows how he got his name and she says no. I explain that the government was experimenting using certain drugs, and that the one that they used on him killed him. Nine months later, he 'woke up' as if he had only gone to sleep. I tell her that any time he is knocked out or goes to sleep, he actually dies for a little while.

A good bit of stuff happens. I don't really remember what, but I think that I started assisting Ahri. I do know that I took her to the detective's office place, but after that the mystery plot just kinda flopped. I took Ahri to my house, and we were running from something.

Timeskip, Ahri and I are married. My memory is fuzzy about this part.

Timeskip again, Ahri and I have kids. I'm teaching one of my kids how to use one of his powers that he apparently got from me.

Didn't have a very good night's rest last night. I don't really remember any of my dreams, either. I did, however, have a lucid dream. All I remember is doing the noseplug reality check, being surprised that I was actually dreaming, and waking up almost immediately. I didn't even have enough time to stabilize. I also think that I was a lot calmer than usual, so I must be getting used to it. I'm getting closer and closer~

I was at an anime convention, walking through a hotel

I'm out in a forest, walking with a group of people. I think my irl sister is with me. We're trying to find a place to hide because a storm is coming. There is this old guy traveling with us, and he knows what to do. We find a sort of nature-house (out of like branches and stuff) that a lady is living in. She has a sign to repel cats on the door, but our cat ignores it and walks in anyway.

I'm at my grandmother's old house, and she's out in the pasture working. I'm looking for her, but my sister lets me know where she is.

I'm the adopted son of a nobleman, and I'm in love with this girl. The girl's mother hates me, however, because I'm not noble by blood. There was a clock that I used to do something. The girl's sister contacts me through the clock, with there being some sort of interface on it. The last time she contacted me, I couldn't get it to work right.

I remember the girl's mom taking my cellphone and looking through my internet history to look for something specific to hold against me, but it wasn't there. I also remember there being some sort of music playing during the "flashback" to my childhood, but I don't know the song.

My ex-girlfriend is visiting me from whatever state she lived in (irl, the girl lives in the same city as me and she has never been my girlfriend.) We started going back out, I leave to do something at some point, there's this sort of LoL sub-dream that's going on alongside this, and when I get back, she's lost because she went out to help with a search party (derp)
I start getting ready to go search for her, but my dad doesn't seem too happy about it.

I remember something about a movie store and Toys R Us as well.

Nap on 4/24/2012

My friend from Communications class is driving me around. I'm singing along with the radio, which is one of the Nico Nico Choruses. A policeman shows up and offers to drive us around in his golf cart. I don't get on but he drives off so I run to catch up. My friend says he accidentally told him I was ready.

It's a Minecraft-ish world. I'm playing as Rammus and Wukong.


Night of 4/24-25/2012

I'm having a party and I invite all my old highschool friends. I say that I wonder when my friend Maria is going to show up, then she pops out from under a bunch of pillows and says "I'm already here!"


I'm lying in bed, eating sunflower seeds and trying to go to sleep. My mom and my sister are being loud so I can't do it. It's probably around time for me to get up anyway. I go to the hallway and my mom asks me to feed the dogs. I say yeah, sure, and I go to fill up their food bowl. There are two of Cassie, and I don't think anything of it until I start walking back inside.

"Why are there two Cassies? Because I'm dreaming!"
I do a reality check and start rubbing my hands together while I try to think of what a good way to stabilize is. I start to feel myself fade, so I shout "INCREASE LUCIDITY!" No more luck than last time. I try it a few more times, and then start asking my subconscious to help me out. I fade to black and soon feel myself wake up.

I do a reality check. Nothing. I'm still super happy that I had a lucid dream, though. I tell myself "Good job" and try to go back to sleep. I lay there for a bit and realize I'm not tired at all. I decide that I'll just have another lucid dream later on in the day when I take a nap.

Nap 1 on 4/25/2012

I dream about having to go buy corn dogs, and say that we can just go buy one from a fast food restaurant.

MaximumRevolver was doing a speech in Communications class (even though he's not in my Communications class) and it turns out to be just like 5 minutes of a song.

I remember having a False Awakening, but I wasn't lucid for it. I only realized what it was when I woke up.

I can scroll around a map Homestuck-style. My friend tells me to look at this certain area, so I look and there's this little imp thing with its head cut off, waving its arms around. I proceed to look at every area with a door, and there's one in every room with a door.

There's this group of people that I'm included in, and we're trying to break some sort of building. There's this guy in techy armor, and he cuts an oval into his shirt, placing a portal in it so he can carry the portal on his chest.
"Hey, I kinda look like a human-controlled construct."
We portal in and start marketing this new candy and cookies to the leader of the building.

There are two brothers. Their father was killed or committed suicide, I don't know which. It just showed an image of him in the background, dead and bloody, sitting against a wall while in the foreground his son is playing with the butler happily.
They were on a roof, and had to escape from something. They kept catching each other when they were about to fall. One time, the older brother falls and the younger brother goes to catch him. He's not going to make it. He lets go of the rail he was holding on to, falling to catch his brother. He'll be able to save him, right?
No, wait, they're just freefalling. They talk, tell each other they love the other, and then suddenly I'm back in the previous dream (this is where the candy ads come in)

Two lucid dreams in one night! It was awesome! First one was a false awakening, and the second was a false awakening WILD. (DEILD?)

When I successfully succeeded in the WILD, though, it was really dark. I said very loudly "STABILIZE NOW," but nothing really happened. Everything was all wibbly-wobbly. Since it was dark, I decided to make it light, so I said "LIGHT NOW." A bright light showed up, out of my mouth I think, and my vision went black. I tried to think of what to do, so I tried to do the spin-teleport to the meadow, but I ended up just waking up.

There was going to be some sort of party at my friend Jesse's house, but I couldn't find my car, so I asked my other friend DJ to drive me there.

In the Anime Club room, my ex-girlfriend was there, but she was deaf. She started singing, but would pause every now and then as if she were trying to remember how to hit certain notes. It sounded pretty good, but wasn't the best thing ever. Class started so I wasn't able to give her advice.

I had a false awakening. I walked into my living room and started looking for a sticky note to write my DJ entry on, but then I remembered to do my reality check. Lo and behold, I was dreaming. It was dark, so I couldn't look at my hands to stabilize myself, and when I tried to speak, I woke up. I could hear my sister being reeeeeeally loud in the other room so I probably couldn't stabilize because of that.

So I took a little nap, hoping to turn my failed transition into a WBTB, but I ended up just falling asleep normally. I kept slipping back and forth into this dream. Every time I started to realize I was dreaming, I'd just wake up, but I could fall back into it easily. (Albeit losing awareness. Sigh.)

I'm traveling around a hotel trying to find something. Something happens and police officers are rounding everyone up. I end up outside. Standing behind me is someone holding a raccoon. I remember there being two 'bad guys.' They were traveling in straight lines and teleporting with a gun.
One of the guys falls in the snow and drops his gun, so the other guy gets teleported into nothingness.
I somehow got around to running away from a dragon, but I realize it can only go in straight lines as well, so I get cocky and just sidestepping it while taunting it.

I'm a wizard. There's this girl and her older sister with me that I'm hanging out with. I'm in my old house (Ledbetter,) looking through my irl sister's old closet. I find things like old gameboy games that don't exist and stuff. The girl and her sister are arguing about magic and the little sister is complaining about how much of a bitch her older sister is, with her "gaming job" and stuff.

The older sister and I could do/understand magic, but not the little sister, so we just kinda ignored her. We were looking for something specific, I think, and watching out for something. We decide to finally go to sleep and we lay down. It's very cramped. I close my eyes and hear the younger sister say "It's funny that we're going to sleep in a normal person way, but the dirt is changing into ____"

I realize we must be WILDing, so I try to transition to the meadow. I wake up.

I'm not sure if this counts as lucid. I realized I was transitioning to a dream, but I'm not sure if I realized I was in one at the time. I only realized that as I was in the middle of the transition. and decided to just try to transition all the way to the meadow instead of just back into the old dream (for some reason... -sigh-)

I'm walking around in an anime convention looking at stuff. This particular convention has shown up in my dreams repeatedly, but I've never been there irl. I don't even know if it's a real con.
I don't remember much except that one of my irl friends was actually being all happy and stuff towards me like she used to be, even though in real life she really doesn't like me ._.

"Kel!"

Minecraft

A group of four people are gathered to do some sort of competition. Beside me stands a guy much taller and muscular than I am, a woman with long hair that seems to be about my age (20ish), and a gothic loli (meaning that she was indeed a loli, wearing gothic lolita clothing.)
We are given shots in our arms, which are then wrapped with white gauze. The girl that is around my age looks over at me, seeing a pool of red building up on the gauze. She asks me if I'm okay, pointing it out to me. I tell her that I'm fine and that I didn't feel anything, then the instructors explain that the color of the 'bleeding' represents the thing that we desire most. Somehow, I know immediately that mine is love. I look at the others, but I don't remember what their colors were.
I don't remember very much of this dream, but I do know that the 'contest' (There were no losers. I think that at least two of us won.) supposedly spanned over days. The big muscular guy went off by himself, as did I for a bit. It didn't take long for me to team up with the girls, though, and my desire was fulfilled when I fell in love with the loli girl.
I also vaguely remember going out into the fields to find the muscular guy, and that part of the competition required us to run dungeons.

I remember swimming in the water, but I have some sort of thing to help me do it. I don't really remember what it was. Hell, it could have been a boat. There was some sort of pet that I had. I'm thinking it was a Tofu.

My Little Pony toys at McDonalds drive-through. I remember getting really frustrated at them cause they were making a big deal out of whether I asked for a boy or a girl toy, not even bothering to ask me.

MaximumRevolver and I are walking around a bookstore, looking for some girl. We never find her.
