I had this dream early this morning.

I think I was a NAZI doctor (based on a gut feeling during the dream). I was quickly walking down a hallway through a rather disturbing and unsanitary sick ward full of children. There was some blood on the floor and walls and there were one or two soldiers with guns behind me. They were only there to assist me. I didn't bother to look behind me as I was too occupied walking though the ward peeking into rooms. I spent maybe one or two seconds peeking into sick rooms and each room held just one child dressed in a simple white gown. As I passed one, I saw a child that looked to be too ill to be of any use for us. I said "dispose of him" and a soldier reluctantly said "ah... right." I saw him run into the sick room with his firearm as I kept walking.

I remember that the rooms didn't have doors and the doorways were wide and oval shaped. And everything was a dull white color. Also, I think we were doing experiments on the children.
