I was in some sort of human immune system MMO (I'm describing it as an MMO for the sake of description; the dream seemed to actually take place in vivo). I was a young lymphoblast fresh out of hematopoesis with everything to prove, wandering about trying to decide on a specialty. Did I want to live the short violent life of a natural killer, play it safe and be a long range nuking B cell, or perhaps settle on the utility of a T cell. As I was wandering there was a mission alert, and we were being sent to the stomach. When I arrived I could see what looked like a weird biological space battle; B cells were firing antibodies like machine guns at some pathogen I couldn't see because it was blocked by macrophages engaging it in melee range. Afterwards I was looking at the internet for more information on specialties and I recall being frustrated at the trouble I was having finding information that wasn't written by internet retards.
